I have been a customer since 2012 and just completed my 5th lease from Infiniti of Naperville. As always I received excellent customer service and am completely satisfied with the entire experience. Yessica Maldonado first contact me after my inquiry and she was very quick to assist me in locating the vehicle I was interested in leasing. Then Andrew Carlos was the salesperson I worked with directly and he was excellent in helping me secure the deal and was not pushy or aggressive at all. Then Joseph Limjuco the Finance Manager whom I worked with before, was fast and efficient as he always is, making the paperwork process quick and painless. Lastly I want to thank the Sales Manager Dale Morrone for remembering me from years ago and personally thanking me for the continued business. This is a first class dealership and staff and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Great Staff here from the very first contact with Yessica on the phone to the wonderful woman at the front desk to the welcoming environment to Eric Wang (Sales) and to Joseph Limjuco(Finance). I hate buying a car, but Infiniti of Naperville made the

I hate buying a car, but Infiniti of Naperville made the process simple and easy. Negotiation was efficient and fair. Jacob Korallus was my salesman with the assistance of Paul Bulthuis. Both were extremely helpful and friendly. Jacob kept me informed and stayed connected with me throughout the entire process. Knowing he had other clients while he was working with me, he still took the time to touch base with me, which made me feel like a priority the entire time. Then onto finance....Joesph Limjuco made the process quick and painless. Signing of the docs took no time and Joe offered different warranties and products without doing that "hard sale" technique. Joseph was a nice guy, and he knew his stuff. You could tell he has been doing this for years. Very professional. It's been a few days since I bought my car, and I haven't had a second of buyer's remorse because I was presented with facts and was well informed about the process the entire time. In the end there was no second guessing or feeling like I missed something - because I didn't. The team at Infiniti of Naperville made sure of that. Overall, this entire dealership deserves praise. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you Paul, Jacob and Joseph!!! You were all awesome!!! I would truly use this dealership for any car purchase, new or used. Five star service for sure!
