This herb chambers ford has been excellent in service and good in sales i have purchased two vehicles with them and have done most of my maintenance with them with no problems

Had issue with sunroof weather strip and was fixed by service manager Anthony in a matter of minutes.

It was great that they were able to come to my home to replace the steering bushings that were on recall. It was a short, convenient way to get this job done.

Luke was very welcoming and kind.He offered me a ride home even before I could ask for one.The car is driving well .so far all looks good.

Freddy represented your Dealership very professionally. As far as trying to call, it was very difficult to immediately get a salesperson. When I first tried to call about the car, the sales dept phone rang so much, I had to hang up and dial the local number. I got the operator who put me on to sales and again the phone ran a long time then Courtney picked up and spoke. I was about to go to another dealership. So I give you phone contact a 2.

Anthony in the service department was Amazing., I had a pretty tough situation and he was there to give me updates daily. He was Very professional. When I picked my car up Anthony was not there but there was another guy Luke that was wonderful and professional as well . Over all the service department was a 10
