Three weeks ago I purchased a new 2018 Honda Accord Touring 2.0T at DCH Paramus Honda. This is the third new vehicle that I have purchased at DCH Paramus Honda since 2010. The week before my purchase, my salesman, Adolfo Marte, took the time (hours) to show me the model configurations and colors in which I was most interested. That was most important to me. It is also why I went back to him when I finally decided to purchase. While car dealing is never considered a pleasure, the pricing that I was given on the new car was more than fair, actually outstanding. I was also given a fair trade-in on my 2013 Honda Coupe. I also service my cars at DCH Paramus Honda and the pricing and value is excellent. The work is always done correctly and any small issues are handled immediately, without complaint. So, in conclusion, I am very satisfied with my purchase, the salesman that sold the car to me and the service that I receive at DCH. I am completely satisfied with both my new Honda and my older 2015 Crosstour, also purchased there.
