Went to DCH for a Used vehicle and I almost don't want to get home because I love my "new" Used vehicle. was clean. Great Follow up from Abel and Edwin. I took a day to review the vehicles and decided on day 2. they were patient and not pushy at all. great coffee and cool people. I'm a nitpicker but i totally recommend this company.

I know the dealership is busy but when I came in just wearing capris and an old shirt, nobody acknowledged me after walking around awhile looking for a receptionist. I kind of had to tell them to help me. I worked with Eli there trying to buy a crv exl awd with my costco pricing but was provided very minimal to no options even with colors making it seem like the costco pricing provided no way to get a better deal. They also gave me a higher interest rate than my bank's, i could not even negotiate the price. After a short negotiation, the manager shook my hand and said im sorry we cannot do what you want indicating i leave. Eli did call me in the morning and was willing to provide a lower rate this time to match other dealer's offer but too late, i live far away and had to uber to go there coz i have no car. I went to Garden state honda that same morning, they gave me an even lower price than the costco price, gave me options to lower the price like removing packages which i did not need and gave me a whooping 2.89% rate and I drove away with my crv. If you are looking to make the best deal, do not go here.

This was my first experience buying a car, and Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda made it the best experience for me. That day we went to 2 other Honda dealerships where i was very disappointed and discouraged, it seemed like i knew more about the car than the sales people did, they didnt really care about what i wanted, and they were not really helpful, they were just trying to sell. When i went to DCH Paramus Honda it was totally different experience. Hamad Deeb cared about my wants, asked me what features I wanted my new car to have, he wanted to make sure i'm getting the car that had everything im looking for included. He was also very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the car and its features. I read about the car and its features a lot before coming and thought i knew all of them, but Hamad showed me a lot of things that i didnt read about and didnt know the car had, he did everything to get my car for me as soon as possible. He spent a lot of time to show me how everything in the car works, helped me to set everything up after i purchased it, made sure i understood every step and left the dealership with knowing as much about the car as he did. My mom, who went to buy the car with me, has more experience buying a car and she never met anyone like Hamad, she was very impressed and happy about Hamad's knowledge, passion and willingness to help me, she almost bought one for herself. I was very happy with my purchase, i like the atmosphere and friendliness of people there and i will continue to service my car at DCH Paramus Honda. I would definitely recommend Hamad Deeb and DCH Paramus Honda to everyone, people there know what they sell. If i ever decide to buy a new Honda in the future, this is the place i would choose to do it.
