DCH Paramus Honda

This was my first time buying a vehicle at this dealership. Alex was extremely professional, courteous and helpful in informing our decision. It has been my most pleasant experience buying a vehicle.

I got a fantastic deal and had the keys in my hand in under three hours. I stopped into Honda to possibly test drive the new Honda Civic LX. I came in at 3:30 just to LOOK at a Civic. By 6pm the keys were in my hand. Juan Tamayo was super helpful and had a great sense of humor which took off some of the pressure one experiences during car shopping/negotiating. He was willing to get me a car that suited my needs and I didn't feel like he was selling but sharing insight with me. Best experience ever with one of the best car companies. Buy your car here and ask for Juan! Fastest and most pleasant car shopping experience.

The buying process was fine. After I bought the car, the guy who sold me the car avoided my cars when it came to getting the title. I called and called. He called me back and hung up. Some of the staff were beyond rude as well. I'm going back to nanuet to by my next vehicle.

Daniel helped me pick out the perfect car, went above and beyond to assure all my needs were satisfied. He was rushing around trying to help as many people as he could, and did not slack one bit. 10/10. I'm coming back in 3 years when my lease is up. And I'm going right back to Daniel. Good job buddy.
