My experience at Paramus Honda was wonderful. Hamlet Liriano was recommended to me by a friend who said I will he very happy with his help and professionalism. From the moment that Hamlet introduced himself I knew that I was going to walk out of there happy. He was very knowledgeable and helped me choose what was right for me and in my budget. I will recommend DCH Honda and Hamlet to everyone that I know, and from now on I will continue to use DCH Honda. Thanks for making this such a great experience!

This is the second car I have leased from Hamlet Liriano....

This is the second car I have leased from Hamlet Liriano. He was always able to answer and address even the smallest concern when it came to my 2011 Honda Accord Coupe and my now for my new, Honda Accord 2013 coupe. He was able to offer advice ranging from car payments, how the FCW (Front collision warning) works, to what color car suits me best. Hamlet is a very professional, friendly, attentive, and helpful sales consultant. I would refer him to the best of my friends because he will tell you things as they are. The finance manager, Tarek Olabi, was also very friendly and helpful with the lease paperwork and in answering financial questions.

I requested dealer quotes from Edmunds.com and was immediately contacted by several dealers. Hamlet of DCH Paramus Honda was one of the first to contact me and after our initial discussion sent me price quotes via email that were competitive. He welcomed me for a test drive but I opted to visit a few dealers closer to me in NY as I had lost my car to super storm Sandy. I test drove the Honda Pilot Touring and knew that this was the car for me. I wasn't pleased with the inventory levels nor the sales tactics from the other dealers. Hamlet actually listened to what I really wanted, the exact color and accessory options, and wasn't steering me to something different based on their inventory. Hamlet was able to match the best price I got from a competitor. The best part of the experience was that we agreed to the sales terms over the phone and he had the car ready for me to pick up with the requested accessories two days later (Friday after Thanksgiving). The first time I met Hamlet in person was the day I picked up the car! The first thing he wanted to do was to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the car and took time to show me and my wife how to use all of the technological features that came with the car. Only after we were satisfied with the car did he start the paperwork for completing the car purchase. Hamlet, Lou and Martha were so knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. I have bought three new cars before (NY and NJ) and this was hands down the most enjoyable and stress free buying experience so far. I would definitely recommend Hamlet and DCH to my friends and family.

I had bought 9 to 11 cars in the past (Lease/Finance)...

I had bought 9 to 11 cars in the past (Lease/Finance) different makes, but never had such a good experience like the one I had at DCH Paramus Honda, from the time Hamlet (my salesperson) greeted me I knew it was going to be a good journey. Hamlet took his time to show me different Accords and knew everything about the new model, after I choose the car I wanted he did the paperwork and got me and my new Accord ready within 90 minutes, including a final tour to explain the features of the Accord... my car was shining and I felt like when I got my first new car. The finance manager (Jeff Torres) was also very knowledgeable and helpful with his suggestions. I made the right choice when I went to DCH Paramus for vehicle needs but also made the perfect choice when selected Hamlet Liriano to be the salesperson. Thanks to DCH Paramus Honda Jeff and Hamlet I'm very satisfied with this transaction and for sure come back in the future when any of my friends or family members need a Honda.

Harshil Patel and John Medrano helped me alot to find me the Honda I wanted. They answered every question I had and without any second thought I made my decision to buy my new accord.
