We phoned ahead to inquire about inventory on a 2012...

We phoned ahead to inquire about inventory on a 2012 Honda Fit, Theresa answered our questions promptly and clearly. We popped down about an hour later and met Theresa who paired us with Sales Agent Shanice Brown. Shanice was knowledgeable about the Fit and helped us out with the details and features of the car, all the options available. She offered the test drive and did a GREAT job both navigating and explaining the vehicle as we drove. We felt very at-ease the entire time we worked with Shanice, and we really appreciated her approach. She was thorough and no-pressure. I like that!

Had a great experience at DCH Honda this past Saturday. The main reason is because of our sales person, Hamad. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and candid, for a sales person. He made sure the process, from start to finish, ran smoothly and as quickly as possible; considering it was a Saturday in Bergen County. He helped get my family a great deal on the Honda Accord we wanted. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family...I know exactly who to go to in 3 years when our lease is up!

Mr. Manka Smith was my salesman and he was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. I leased a 2012 exl. I will refer people to Mr. Smith and DCH Paramus Honda.

first time i was there i got a Honda accord i drove that...

first time i was there i got a Honda accord i drove that car for five days i wasn't happy with it its not as comfortable as i thought because i have two back surgery's went back to Mr hamad deeb my sales consultant and Mr Moe he is one of the managers there they under stood my situation i went home with a new Honda pilot that day very happy with it excellent service good people to work with they under stand what you are looking for i will recommend this dealer to my family and friends

After researching a few different car models I decided...

After researching a few different car models I decided the best fit for me was a Honda. While there are many Honda dealerships in NJ, I was referred by a friend to visit DCH. Working with Manny was a delight, something very few people say when car shopping. He listened to me and got me a deal I was comfortable with. The manager Mo also made sure everything was to my liking which I greatly appreciated. Truly a professional staff who strives to accommodate their consumers.

John Medrano was AMAZING! I came in just to look around...

John Medrano was AMAZING! I came in just to look around for new cars and planned to check out other dealers like Toyota, Hyundai, etc. with no intention of buying a car on the spot. However, John made me an offer that was unbelievable and I am still shocked to this day. I had TERRIBLE experience at a Toyota dealership with all the LONG wait and disrespectful attitude. At DCH Paramus Honda, I took 3 steps away from my old car and I was already welcomed with an amazing attitude from John and no wait. I never thought I would come out of a dealership feeling trust towards a dealer. John worked fast and was very thorough during each step of the process. Even took the time to show me all the little things that I could do with the car after he already handed me the keys. He didn't ditch me for another sale after being finished with me, he stayed with me to make sure all my questions were answered, even the ones I didn't think to ask. This experience was very unexpected and I look forward to buying my next Honda here; I only hope that John will still be around in the future so that he can be the one to take me through the process all over again!

Mr Steve Chan is the most comfortable sales I have ever...

Mr Steve Chan is the most comfortable sales I have ever met. I am very satisfied with his service although finally I did not purchase my car from him because his manager only agreed on a price that was about $2000 more than I could get elsewhere, let alone to match that price. Although I finally purchased my Odessy from another Honda dealer, Mr Chan impressed me deeply with his gental and friendly service. I will go to him again as the first choice next time if I need to buy a honda.

On saturday 8/11/12 i saw a honda commercial for the...

On saturday 8/11/12 i saw a honda commercial for the biggest sale of the year... We already had plans to go to garden state mall, so we stopped by dch paramus honda 1st just to check it out. Iive been eyeing the odyssey... We got to the dealership at about 6pm and met with the sales rep hamad deeb, i test drove the odyssey, made a great deal and was out of there by 7:30pm.... Hamad deeb is probably the easiest car salesman to work with.. He made us feel very comfortable and was not too pushy or aggressive, he gave off a good relaxed vibe... And he was very straight to the point with everything, which was great.. So i made a great deal with him and since they didnt have the color i wanted he said not to worry he will find it for me.. So on monday afternoon he calls me up saying he found the color and model(2012 black odyssey ex) i wanted and that he will personally pick it from the south jersey honda himself in the morning.. So the following morning he picks up the odyssey and also picks me up to finalize the deal... Now that is what i call perfect customer service.. He gave me the royal treatment in customer service... My whole expierience went perfectly thanks to Hamad Deeb... I highly highly recommend dch paramus honda if your considering a honda... And i definitly recommend Hamad Deeb as your sales rep.. Ive already recommended Hamad to some of my friends who are considering a new car.. Thankyou again! Andrew

As soon as I stepped into DCH Paramus Honda, I was satisfied with all the attentive service. I was recommended to Hamlet L. & Jose H. I bought my first car here and the experience was amazing. They are so attentive and hassle free. The give you the best rates and make you feel like family. I went back a few months later after losing my car in a total loss accident and it was even easier. Hamlet & Jose make you feel welcomed and will strive to give you what you really want. They keep contact with you through each step. I am so excited with my new car and very happy with the price I am paying each month, I have nothing negative to say about these men! They are fantastic!
