Maria Alcantara has been our salesperson a number of times. As in the past, she was not only friendly, she was courteous and informative. She was patient and "walked" me through each phase of the leasing process. She showed me what colors the Honda Civic XL was available in and after I made my decision, she took me to the lot to see the car. I was hoping Honda Leasing was able to meet Hann's Leasing price, but the financial representative and I compromised. My overall experience was great.

This is my third vehicle from this dealership and there are reasons I keep coming back. This particular experience was extremely positive because Hamlet really seemed to care about my needs and getting me a good deal. He was patient, knowledgeable, and worked hard with his managers to get me into a new car at a comfortable price without pressuring me. His people skills were great and he was friendly and personable throughout the entire process. I am usually turned off by dealerships when I feel like I'm being stalked to make a deal. I have not experienced that once with this dealership. The customer service is top quality and will continue to receive my business in the future.

Our experience with DC Honda of Paramus was WONDERFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hamlet was the first sales person I delt with. He explained , in detail al the options and how the car worked and what separated it from others in its class. He was always a gentlemen and very kind to my 4 yr old. We returned to purchase the car on Hamlet's day off and had to deal with John and Jose. They were both kind, courteous and professional at all times. The process at the dealership was easy and less stressful that I expected. Even Martha in the finance dept was great! She explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly during doing so. I have and will continue to tell my family and friends to use this dealership as well as return there when our lease is up and maybe even when our oldest daughter is ready to drive.

After receiving an e-mail from DCH Paramus Honda containing a "New Vehicle Special" deal for a 2012 CR-V, I called DCH Paramus and scheduled an appointment that evening at 7:00 p.m. with Hamad Deeb. Mr. Deeb was a consummate professional from the beginning, even taking the time to greet me and my wife while he was finishing up with another customer. When Mr. Deeb finished with his other customer, he gave us his undivided attention and clearly explained the requirements of the "New Vehicle Special" deal that brought us to DCH Paramus. Significantly, while Mr. Deeb advised us of the differences between the CR-V model that was part of the "New Vehicle Special" deal and the other CR-V models - he never attempted to steer us towards another, more expensive, alternative. Mr. Deeb's professionalism also continued when my wife test drove the CR-V. He was clearly knowledgable about the vehicle and made sure she was comfortable with the vehicle before taking it out for a test drive. Needless to say, after test driving the vehicle, we were sold. Although it was well after 10:00 p.m. at this time, Mr. Deeb did not rush us through the paperwork. Instead, he patiently answered any additional questions we had. Moreover, the paperwork that was presented reflected the "New Vehicle Special" deal exactly as it was advertised - with no hidden costs. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Deeb and DCH Paramus to anyone who is in the market for a new car. If one has had bad experiences with car salesman in the past, Mr. Deeb with restore your faith in the profession.

It is a pleasure for me to commend Hamad Deeb on his professionalism and friendliness; I was curious to see if a Honda was a car I could consider. My basic requirements were comfort, good lumbar support, affordability and safety. He was very knowledgable in sharing the information I needed in order to make the right decision. He spent a great deal of his tIme explaining that Honda Accord was the car that would suit my needs. As it turned out, what I was offered a lease that was more than I could expect from a car dealer. I am very pleased to say with Hamad's patience and sincere caring, I was able to leave drIving my new Accord. I found out that I will be saving money with the Accord. My auto insurance premium went down; the monthly lease payments are less (was a Nissan customer for 8 years) and the money down was affordable.
