Make sure you know who is the leasing company behind your vehicle that you lease!!! After using DCH Paramus Honda for the leasing of 7 cars, I am very disappointed with how our most recent leasing experience was handled. For all of our Honda leases, we have used Honda Financial Services and have been very pleased. They offer a generous Excess Wear Policy which allows 3 separate incidents of up to $500 in damages/excess wear, for a total of $1500. This is one of the most generous Excess Wear Policy among any car type. We were not informed that the lease on our most recent car would be through HANN Financial Service Corporation, which does not offer the same Excess Wear Policy. They only offer one incident of up to $500 in damages/excess wear. While we do not anticipate having to use this Excess Wear Policy, we are very aware of how a consumer can be burned by it, and like the generosity of Honda Financial Services policy. (On a previous lease through Mazda, they nickle and dimed everything they could, including tire wear. There policy was the same as HANN's.) THE CONSUMER SHOULD BE INFORMED THAT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN THE LEASING COMPANIES, AND BE ALLOWED TO MAKE THE DECISION OF WHOM TO LEASE WITH. We were not given that choice. When C.J. Slitas was contacted about this, his attitude was basically, "Yep, those are the terms and you should have read the whole contract so you would know that." By the way, no mention of HANN being the finance company is on the lease contract. While HANN's leasing price is less than Honda Financial Services price, the terms of the leasing contract are different. This was NEVER pointed out to us. In the past, I have referred many, many people to DCH Paramus Honda, and they have either purchased or leased there. Now I will make it my mission to tell anyone and everyone about what happened at DCH Paramus, and that they should be aware of the leasing/financing company before they sign on the dotted line.

I had a great expierence with Leslie, We kept on going...

I had a great expierence with Leslie, We kept on going back about 5 times to go and get a car for my daughter. Leslie would call me whenever he thought I might like a car that just came in. Finally we were able to get a 2008 Honda Civic with low mileage, My daughter and I are very happy with the purchase. I've leased many cars with Honda and this was the best experience yet. John Park was so helpful, didn't play games, and just made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. I hope he's still there when it's time to lease my next Honda. I will definitely tell anyone I know to see him!

My husband and I had the most gratifying experience...

My husband and I had the most gratifying experience working with John. Not only is he friendly, informative, extremely clear in his communication; he's down to earth and just a good person at heart. The flow in the dealership was wonderful - we were greeted warmly when we arrived, we saw John quickly, and each step in the process was seamless. I would recommend any friend or colleague to John and is partner in financing, Ruben Nunez, 100%. I would also bring my business back to them in the future. It is a refreshing experience to set out to purchase something of this magnitude and to feel as though you had a really honest to goodness decent, reliable, positive experience. Just great guys all around. Smart and on their game. We also had a rowdy 3 year old with us and the guys could not have been more savvy in keeping the little guy entertained and keeping us adults on target to get the business at hand DONE.
