From the sales to finance the experience was outstanding. Told Johan what I wanted and he gave me a great price. He had all the papers ready so when I went to see Martha I was in and out in an hour. Will lease from DCH again and again. I have 3 leases with them to date.

With the Decision to get into a new Car I had many options. From a Toyota to a Chevy I had many dealers bidding for my business. Only Mark at dch honda was the only one who was actually interested in getting me in to test drive the car and looking at my trade. 1 dealership was going over numbers before they even looked at my trade or allowed me to test drive. The combination of Mark, Jose and Eric really made my First New Car Purchase a good experience. They helped me get into the car that I wanted and at the price I could afford to pay. Even at a few times when I was about to walk they were able to figure it out. Overall the dealership in general was a good choice to go to and all I know is that I would recomend it to anyone who has the littlest thought to trade in to a new car. I would Recomend friends, family and anyone who doesn't want to get hassled to definitly check them out!

I previously bought from Garden State Honda (bad experience) and Tarrytown Honda (great experience). I came to DCH because I wanted to work with a dealer close to home and I already take my current Odyssey to service at DCH. I had no complaints with the service, so when I made a decision to upgrade my Odyssey to a 2012 I decided to give their sales department a try. I was assigned to Bryan Andrade and he basically made the process as easy as can be. I came in with a plan on how I was going to finance a new purchase with my current car as down and we never deviated from that idea. Nor, did he try to sway me to lease or put more money down. The initial visit we went over the features of the 2012 car. There was no pressure to complete the sale that day and I requested that we communicate via email during the week because of my busy work schedule. Any request I made via email, such as pricing, inventory, etc, Bryan responded in a timely manner. The initial offer price was fair and came spot on with KBB people were paying if you do your research. I wanted to shop around and give Tarrytown an opportunity to counter because they have treated me well in the past. Bryan had no problem with that. He just made it clear, to come back to him so DCH has a chance to match. Tarrytown Honda was able to give a slightly lower price but DCH Paramus was able to match it if I gave them proof of the quote. I decided to go with DCH because of the proximity to my home and they were a bigger dealership. The trade in negotiation of my current Odyssey was also fair. The sales manager does the negotiation for the trade in and we came to a number we both agreed upon. If you do not like the trade in offer you dont have to take it, but you have to be realistic in terms of the condition of the car and KBB's value. I dealt with Tarek, the finance manager, for the final closing of papers and any upsells. He was very straight forward and did not pressure you to buy anything you didnt want. But, it was his job to offer all the warranties and care packages. He outlined them all and asked me to choose. I ended up getting GAP insurance at first, but I changed my mind the next day as I felt it didnt make sense with large down, low interest and low depreciation of the Odyssey. No problem for DCH. When I finally picked up the car, Tarek, obliged and drew up new papers and took of the GAP insurance without any trouble. Anyways, all said and done, the experience was quick, fast and honest. DCH Paramus will not try to trick you or try to sway you towards something you do not want or do not want to do. However, do your research and come in with a plan on what you want to do. Don't go in there without doing your homework or without a plan. And if you do come in, do not hesitate to choose Bryan Andrade. Thanks, DCH for making the experience hassle free.
