My purchase experience from DCH was really good. Larry Xiang guided me through all the steps and made the process much smoother than expected. I had a special situation and Larry was able to patiently resolve it with me. No pressure. No tricks. No time wasted. In my opinion Larry is the go-to person to purchase your new ride and I will definitely be referring many friends to him and feel comfortable that they will also receive good care and good prices through Larry.

We went in with a price we wanted. We're clear and upfront and were approached in a very clear and upfront manner from John. Although it took a little while we were able to drive off the lot with our Pilot Touring THAT night. My wife also had to rush out and Eric did his best to get her out as fast as possible. I'd deffinately come in again if I was in the market for a Honda.

Best car purchasing experience we have ever had. Jon Medrano went above and beyond. Not only did he know about the vehicles in which we were interested, but he had an awareness and appreciation of our budget and did whatever he could to make sure that we left with the optimal vehicle given our constraints and preferences. Would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. As an aside, the 2012 CR-V that we decided to go with is an awesome vehicle.

This is our first car purchase thru Paramus Honda. I am very pleased and happy with our new car. I bought this car for my wife and she loves it. We live in VT and came 6 hours to buy the car, the work that Teressa and Hamad did was exceptional. Teressa went up and beyond what anyone would do for customer service and was working with Hamad on the entire purchase. Being far away you want as less headaches as possiable, and the work they did and in the time frame, was excellent. Teressa, Hamad & Tarek gave us there personal lines and asked us to call them anytiime.We truly appreciate all of your work and care. We were passed on to Tarek at the end and he was very professional, as well as down to earth. I am going to buy another car from this dealer in the future. I have bought vehicles from the Honda dealership in the past and had a great experience. I decided to come back and was so happy when I was greeted by Leslie Solomon. He was friendly, easy going and very helpful! He let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and was very people friendly-- he did not push anything on me, which was really nice.
