It is always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Cherry Hill Volvo Cars. They pick my S60 up for maintenance and deliver it clean and in top shape.

Super frustrated getting a bill in the mail a month after

Super frustrated getting a bill in the mail a month after purchasing a car for a previous Volvo lease turn in when I specifically asked if the fee would also be waived with going with a different vehicle and being told yes. Now a month later the Sales Rep saying no. Complete lie, wouldn't recommend this dealership and frustrated that not only was I lied to but also that repeat customers mean NOTHING! I had to go back after purchase for another detail because the "main detailer" worker wasn't there, I should of known then that the pride in their work was slacking before this even bigger frustration.

Mrs. LReb1--lease fees are waived with the transaction of a new lease only; upon the lease return, a form is signed by the lessee, verifying the dealer is responsible for no fees. I contacted you several times...when we finally spoke I made several offers of assistance--but every offer I presented was refuted. we tried... YES, every single client does matter to CHERRY HILL VOLVO CARs. we are a family owned and managed store...we really do care--I care!

Thank you Judith- I appreciate your feedback but what I was told and what is advertised on the paperwork given was not met. It really does upset me that we could not figure out a solution. My experience with Cherry Hill Volvo was always far greater than what has been displayed over this last month which is why I have been a return customer over the years. Seeing you and your son in the dealership various times I was there over the years always warmed my heart, I truly thought it was a "family". I'm devastated at what transpired and feeling the way I am for the last several weeks.

Thursday night, I bought my third Volvo from Cherry Hill Volvo. I was not planning on leasing a new car. I was picking up my car from service and my fiancé was the one interested. We worked with Ezra Nathan. He is fanatic. Very patient, knowledgeable, professional and chill. On a whim I asked if I could end my existing lease early and get into a new car. He sprang into action and within in minutes, I was picking out a new car and crunching numbers. As with every Volvo I purchased, I feel like I got an amazing deal on an amazing car at an amazing dealership. I cannot say enough great things about Cherry Hill Volvo and in particular, Ezra Nathan. If you’re looking for a great person to guide you through buying/leasing a new Volvo, stop by and ask for Ezra. It is such a chill, smooth, easy process working with him. He know his stuff and if he doesn’t, he gets the answers quick. I absolutely loved working with him and when it’s time again in three years, I hope to work with him on my next vehicle.

Another amazing experience at Cherry Hill Volvo

Thursday night, I bought my third Volvo from Cherry Hill Volvo. I was not planning on leasing a new car. I was picking up my car from service and my fiancé was the one interested. Had a great experience while working with Ezra Nathan

Had a great experience while working with Ezra Nathan last week and while purchasing my new Volvo S40. Ezra was very knowledgeable, was not pushy (I don't like pushy sales people) - He was readily available for all questions and with the help of Doug (the Sales Manager) - we had a nice experience while making this purchase. Another positive is that when I email Ezra with even the smallest of questions, his response is quick and accurate. Word to the Wise: If you're a COSTCO Member, check out their Auto Program incentive with Volvo. Volvo participates in a bonus back program of $1200 right now.

Brought in my 2019 S60 to Cherry Hill service department

Brought in my 2019 S60 to Cherry Hill service department with terrible brake judder. This is a common / known issue (Volvo Technical Journal 34246.1.0). Based on the TSB, the dealer should replace all 4 rotors and pads at no cost to consumer. Dealership plead ignorance and insisted that I needed to pay $1500+ for the repair. No thanks. Took it to another dealer who was aware of the TSB and replaced all parts free of charge. I'll no longer use this dealership.

Service was a breeze

My service appointment was a breeze. I was greeted immediately and given a loaner car which I requested in advance. I was able to shop and grab a bite to eat in the local area while I waited for my car. The service to my car was excellent. I am a completely satisfied customer of Cherry Hill Volvo.

10-30-21 Just bought a a gorgerous white XC40 2022 from CH Volvo. Both Ezra Nathan and Mitchel Insel were charming and efficient sales people. I highly recommend both. The sale manager Trent was efficient and gave me a good deal on my trade in. I met Judith Krupnick, the president when I went to pick up my car, and she said to call her with any issues! I look forward to enjoying my new vehicle and working with CH for maintenance issues. Salute to the women...the dealership is female owned so go ladies and support them!! VMK

Highly Recommend CH Volvo!

Great, knowledgeable, non-pushy sales folks. I worked mainly with Ezra Nathan, who I would highly recommend. Mitchel Insel assisted. I recommend these folks and the dealership in general. I met Judith Krupnick, the president. She was very nice and said to call her if I have any issues--who does that. I had a car from another manufacturer for 10 years and I never heard from the owner or the service folks, and it was not easy to get an appointment. When I told them I wanted to buy new car they did not seems interested. At CH Volvo they had what I wanted, an XC40 and I love it! Lastly, Trent, the sales mgr made the paperwork easy and gave me a good tradein for my older vehicle.

Outstanding Service-I Feel Like Family

Great atmosphere where I am treated like family. Service advisors and technicians are knowledgeable and go the extra mile every time to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. I send everyone I know to Cherry Hill Volvo for sales and service. Volvo for life!
