Everything about my experience at this dealership was completely disgusting. It is an embarressment of a dealership. There are so many other wonderful options, they try to cheat you at every step of the process. They remove negative reviews, so i will post 3 for every one they remove

DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY! Attempted to obtain an out-of-town quote including my trade. Price of the vehicle for sale was different on CARS.com versus the dealer website. First quote was a super undervalue of my trade value when it was just inspected locally two months ago by a local dealer and appraised. Second quote had reduced vehicle savings, Third quote had an increase of dealer fees and all optional add-ons and was passed on to another sales associate. When I questioned the increases their response "I have to include all optional equipment in the quote and our dealer fees have changed since your last quote" (keep in mind the previous quote was less than 48HRS previous) Called twice and asked to speak to sales management to give the dealership a chance to make things right, went to a voice mail box each time. Then received this text: "I sent you the current internet price. If this works, fantastic. I understand completely if it doesn't. If this dealer really wanted to earn business they need to retrain EVERYONE.

So these goblins of humans now have negative comments removed.. that’s ok.. I’ll come back everytime and update my comment so you don’t get to lie to people without repercussions. This is THE WORST dealership and humans on Earth. If you had to buy a car here or walk - walk! Nothing is worth giving this dealer a nickel of your hard earned money! Worst place on Earth with horrible sales people AND EVEN WORSE MANAGEMENT! Again.. these people pay to have negative comments removed! Imagine how many have been removed!

I inquired about a '23 Gladiator they had advertised for

I inquired about a '23 Gladiator they had advertised for $35,000. They sent me a proposal with a vehicle price of $40,000, offering me $37,000 for my trade. I called them on it and they sent a new proposal with a sale price of $35,000, but changed my trade value to $32,000. Total sham of a dealership. Don't waste your time, they'll just defraud you.

I booked an appointment with gettle dodge for service 2

I booked an appointment with gettle dodge for service 2 weeks in advance for an oil change and AC recharge. Brought my car in first thing in the morning on my appointment date. Dropped it off was supposed to get a phone call and receive updates on my service. Didn't get anything. No call or no text so at 3 pm I decided to call and was told they will call me back. Mind you they close at 530. Waited until 430 and still nothing so i call again to get a status on my car. Come to find out they didn't even look at my car and nothing was done. My vehicle was there over 8 hours just sitting there.. I needed my car the next day to go to work so i couldnt leave it there. What's the point on even scheduling an appointment if they won't even look at my car? So I go back and picked my car up at 5pm. Tracy, the one who was in charge of all this seemed rushed to leave when i came back. I was told I would get a phone call to reschedule. 1 week later and still haven't heard from them.. very poor customer service.
