Very pleased with the service I received.
Very pleased with the service I received. My jeep is still under warranty and they take good care of me here. They are very professional, efficient and easy to schedule appointments with. The service department contacts you before, during and after the service they're performing. If there is any cost, they give you the price up front. Drop off and pick up is a breeze as well.

Worst service ever 3weeks to get an appointment Told 9.30 Thursday 14 Oct. I arrived At 9am I called on Friday afternoon as nobody had called me, I picked my truck up at 1pm on Saturday 16 Oct it hadn't even been looked at was told they got busy

I turned in my new 2023 Jeep Wrangler with 13K miles for
I turned in my new 2023 Jeep Wrangler with 13K miles for service because it was over heating. The Drive Lane Manager Jake Wyatt did not provide me with the appropriate rental or service. My Jeep is going to be in the shop for days and I will not have a vehicle because they do not have the staff to run the shop. This is not what a customer should be hearing at a Jeep Dealer. The sad part is there were a few of us in the shop that morning with the same issue. They do not have an issue selling you a 70K vehicle claiming that it has 3 years 36, 000 miles warranty. "Any issue, you bring right here, and we will take care of it" But when you take the vehicle in for service, they treat you like garbage. According to Jake, it is their policy. I purchased 2 vehicles from Gettel in 2023 and my wife wanted to purchase a new Jeep Wagoneer this year. I will never return to service my vehicles or purchase a new vehicle from Gettel. They should be ashamed.

Jake took great care of me.
Jake took great care of me. Got me right in and fixed my issue within 5 minutes. He didn't even charge me. He told me it wasn't a big deal and he'd rather take care of me for something he knew was quick and easy and just handle it himself than charging me and making a tech look at it. Trustworthy and honest man. Will never go anywhere else. Jake is a great employee! Keep him happy!

Service was great. Follow up on a paint issue was not. Review of Gettel advantage should be reviewed with all new service techs.

This is the absolute worst place to take your vehicle for anything, never again will I go there, they lost my key for my lug nuts and now want me to pay for a new one and besides that they are some of the rudest people on the planet

They were very thorough with my oil change and tire
They were very thorough with my oil change and tire rotation. They also topped off my transmission fluid that I didn't even know was low. Courteous staff, very nice waiting area as well.
