We were in on March 15th because they told us the auxiliary battery and the main battery were bad. 3 hours and $700 later we finish. Have way home the battery lights come on and we go back to find out that they should have charged them but they apparently didn’t. We were told they’ll charge up as we drive. The next day we get half way to South Carolina when we stop at a red light and the auto start stop kicks in but it shut my car completely off and put on our emergency brake. So we drove with it off our whole trip until we could get back home. Shea the manager told us to bring it in no problem and we wouldn’t have to wait. I scheduled an oil change for the same time since we just traveled. Yesterday we go in. They tell us there’s nothing wrong with the batteries. But apparently something is. Then they do the oil change which cost me $147 which is ridiculous because when I bought the car there I bought a 3 year package that included free oil changes. Never was I told it was limited to a certain number of them. But that’s just the beginning. We get home from the oil change and oils leaking everywhere. I called Shea he got us a tow truck and had it towed in and 4 hours later we find out they did something and something cracked and that caused the problem. They did fix it but only after spending 8 hours doing it all and I lost a whole day from work since it’s my only car. I don’t think it’s wrong of me to want my money back from my oil changes.. My 27-year-old Jeep Cherokee received significant rehabs: a rebuilt rear axle and replacements or service to aged parts. The grinding, whining noises, and an oil leak are gone. This cleaned-up vehicle is a delight to have back in service. Ernesto Lopez prepared detailed estimates so I could follow what would be, and what was done, making clear what the total costs were. It appears that the work was distributed to the mechanics best suited for particular tasks. This Service Advisor kept his word and was pleasant to work with.

Misleading pricing .... all as advertised on their web site ... stk # c399341 ... msrp 75390 .... gettle discounts -16316 ... sale price 59074 .... click here for instant price .... whe you click and put your email in 58874 ... after many texts and calls they refuse to send over a work sheet I am a cash buyer ... finally manager say what price do you want to pay ... I reply 58874 plus doc fee and taxes ... he says that is not a real price .... complete bait and switch dealership stay away
