Dealership is fine as is the service manager, Keli Clark. Just disappointed with Chrysler for the unknown ETA for our bad MGU/Alternator. They say it could be months.

Jacob Wyatt is exceptional.

Jacob Wyatt is exceptional. He understood my needs and I was taken care of. HOWEVER, THE SERVICE MANAGER, SHEA PARRISH is a completely RUDE, uncaring, unprofessional and was extremely toxic to his staff. I have been dealing with this dealership for excess of 12 years. Jacob Wyatt is the only reason I will be coming back.

Appointment was made a week in advance.

Appointment was made a week in advance. Time 1:00 PM. Had to wait while service for an oil change was performed. It took over 3 hours for a simple oil change. People in the waiting room area experienced the same delays. One customer was over 4 hours. I was there early, before my allotted time. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for a service adviser to check me in. It took 15 minutes to check out when they finally brought the car around. I let them know when I checked in and when I made the reservation that I needed the car quickly to go to another appointment. For a basic oil change service - actual time over 3 hours - is unacceptable. Check your records on my timing and see how grossly unacceptable your service was for such a simple procedure.

I brought my car in for an oil change and for a

I brought my car in for an oil change and for a suspicious clunking noise. Routine maintenance went well. I rode with someone from the service department so they could hear the clunking noise I talked about. They couldn’t find out what was causing the noise and told me to drive it until it gets worse. Not really what I wanted to hear.

Jake Wyatt and Joe Wood were very helpful and my repairs were made in a timely manner at a fair price. Highly recommend Gettel and these 2 employees.
