I came to pick up my dodge RAM Laramie after the

I came to pick up my dodge RAM Laramie after the dealership had it for more than a month. Over the phone they agreed it would be detailed before I picked it up. The truck was given to me dirty! Not even a wash! There were stains on the back of the bed - I asked for it to be washed they took ot back over an hour and still returned dirty with the same stains - the manager tried to clean it off himself! I am not pleased with how everything has been handled at this dealership with my brand new truck!

Was okay visit.

Was okay visit. Had to contact to let them know what was what. Needed to ask to have car cleaned once done.

I have just bought my second car I one month and so far

I have just bought my second car I one month and so far the experience with the sales man Trevor has been good he tries hard to get on a same page deal and that helps in negotiations to get a deal done! I have this dislike for Firestone with the first car had and they were exchanged no problem for a different make! There is a problem with the side mirrors not working on the Lincoln MKZ I'm looking forward to the same good service as the first car!

We were treated as if we were buying a brand new car.

We were treated as if we were buying a brand new car. We had a certain price range & they worked with us to keep us in budget. Jexton was our salesman & he was awesome. We will recommend him to everyone we know looking for a car. He was very knowledgeable & really understood our needs. Chris the mgr. was exceedingly helpful & was able to work out a great plan for us. We were never rushed & with Gettel’s help we drove off with an excellent deal. Thank you,

We were in on March 15th because they told us the

We were in on March 15th because they told us the auxiliary battery and the main battery were bad. 3 hours and $700 later we finish. Have way home the battery lights come on and we go back to find out that they should have charged them but they apparently didn’t. We were told they’ll charge up as we drive. The next day we get half way to South Carolina when we stop at a red light and the auto start stop kicks in but it shut my car completely off and put on our emergency brake. So we drove with it off our whole trip until we could get back home. Shea the manager told us to bring it in no problem and we wouldn’t have to wait. I scheduled an oil change for the same time since we just traveled. Yesterday we go in. They tell us there’s nothing wrong with the batteries. But apparently something is. Then they do the oil change which cost me $147 which is ridiculous because when I bought the car there I bought a 3 year package that included free oil changes. Never was I told it was limited to a certain number of them. But that’s just the beginning. We get home from the oil change and oils leaking everywhere. I called Shea he got us a tow truck and had it towed in and 4 hours later we find out they did something and something cracked and that caused the problem. They did fix it but only after spending 8 hours doing it all and I lost a whole day from work since it’s my only car. I don’t think it’s wrong of me to want my money back from my oil changes..
