Avoiding this dealership and Ceballos. I'm was trying to request numbers on a used vehicle on my only day off. I told them I’m over 4 hours away and needed numbers before making the trip to the dealership so I could get financing figured out. I gave them my trade-in info and everything they needed for out-the-door numbers. 6-7 hours later the salesman gave me a trade value only, which was lower than the Blue Book. The only thing the salesperson would say is you can still drive 4 hours out of your way tomorrow.

My old tires had more than half the lifetime thread left
My old tires had more than half the lifetime thread left in them and the service rep. Kept them, even though I specifically asked for them to be returned to me.

Service was better than expected.
Service was better than expected. They told me it would take 3 days. They work so fast that in a matter of 24 hours the job was completed. Excellent service. Will go back again.

They couldn't get an appointment until a month later.
They couldn't get an appointment until a month later. They kept the car for more than a month. Just 2 days before they returned my car, they call to let me know they had a loaner car available.
