The performed the wrong service on my car, I did get a
The performed the wrong service on my car, I did get a refund and the correct service after all, but still, shouldn't they know my car had the wrong service done a few months before, seems like they don't keep records. And it was not the technician at fault it was the service desk.

My only problem was that they never called me when my
My only problem was that they never called me when my vehicle was ready. I had called a couple hours after my vehicle was ready but they said they had called me. However, I had no missed calls or texts on my phone. Either way, drop-off and pick-up was a breeze and the service was done as expected.

Service department was great.
Service department was great. All employees were very helpful and professional, especially the gentleman who was personally handling our car. He kept us abreast of what was happening and status of completion.

Rudolph VW has a wonderful service department and great
Rudolph VW has a wonderful service department and great customer relations team. Rudolph is the only VW dealership in El Paso I trust to take care of my two VWs. I would rather dive from the Far East Side to Rudolph than to save a couple of miles and drive to Hoy VW. I would rather overpay by thousands to Rudolph than to save thousands at Hoy VW.
