Everyone is helpful in the center. Although it took time to change the oil and fix the tire of my car, they even provided free lunch for us.

I went to initially, and the loaner vehicle was not ready

I went to initially, and the loaner vehicle was not ready for me and I called ahead of time and nobody answered the phone. A week later, I finally got the loaner. that morning when I got there, I also let them know that I need some repair on the body minor that is because I had purchased a package with you guys that included tires windshield and any bodywork that was minor. Friday of that week I picked up my vehicle. The work was performed that is on the AC and keyless entry. nothing was done about the minor dings on the body. She said she would get back to me on that and it’s been over a month !!!

Humberto was helpful, Alex stayed late to finish our paperwork as did Humberto. Pretty much got the deal I wanted with very little effort. Good selection on the lot. Would recommend to anyone looking for a VW.
