had nice experience, car is beautiful, only thing is when you are buying a new car, they should have it detailed, was not totally clean and spent $250 to detail car inside and out, they just ran it through the car wash because you were able to see the swirl marks from car wash.

BAIT AND SWITCH.

BAIT AND SWITCH...I called the morning of, they said the car I was looking at was still available only to drive an hour and a half to be told that it was sold but they'd be happy to sell me a new one. The owner of the dealership reached out and he said it was a legitimate mistake. To this day the car still is showing as available.

Beware!

Beware!!! Called first thing in themorning to find out if a car was available. Confirmed that it was, drove an hour and a half from Connecticut and they told me that it's sold... But they would be happy to have us look at a new one...Typical bait and switch used car salesman.

I came in to explore purchasing a vehicle, George was very knowledgeable and offered me several solutions. Never any pressure to buy.. Having made my decision after going backwards and forwards over three different vehicle options, the rest of the purchasing process was simple and done with professionalism. No arguments over price as what they advertised was what I paid. Very refreshing to be treated so well at a car dealership.
