Crain Kia of Conway

Had a great car buying experience at Crain Kia of Conway. We were in and out in a very short time. No long waits to get all the paperwork filled out. Everyone, especially our salesman Scott, were very helpful and eager to please. We were so happy with the deal and service we got that we took my mom back the next day and she bought herself a new Kia Sportage too!!!

I had a great experience at Crain Kia of Conway. This was my first car purchase from an actual dealership. I was expecting pushy salesmen and an all day process. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very nice offering hot chocolate, coffee, and sodas. The facility was clean and well kept. The salesman Scott Padgett was very friendly and went with me on a test drive of a new Kia Soul. He was very knowledgeable on the car and all the bells and whistles that went with it. I decided I had to have the car so we sat down and discussed price. I was able to get a rebate and a good interest rate. I feel like Scott worked hard to get me the best deal that he could. I then worked with Brice Gill in Finance on finalizing everything and signing the paperwork. Very nice guy. He wasn't pushy trying to get me to purchase extras that I didn't want. From beginning to end this was a quick and easy process. It only took about 2 1/2 hours from arrival to driving off with the car. I had expected it to take much longer. All in all this was a great experience. I love my new Kia Soul and when the time comes to get another car I will definitely be going back to Crain Kia of Conway.

Over the years I have had occasion to use many dealer service departments and I can say without hesitation that Crain Kia in Conway has the best service department that I have ever used. The staff is the most professional, courteous and friendly group I have ever dealt with.
