Andrew and Quinn were great.

Andrew and Quinn were great. Crain on the other hand is awful. They sold my trade in without even having the title which caused me to jump through major hoops to avoid having a stranger’s purchase of that car fall back on me, both with the DMV and with the source they used to finance the vehicle through. A major headache and absolutely ridiculous. I love my new car, but whoever is calling the shots here is dumb and horrible. but like I said Andrew and Quinn were great and this is of no fault of theirs.

Ms. Blake Barrett we received your 1 Star Review. We're sorry we couldn't resolve your Trade issue before you wrote a Negative Review. Andrew (Salesman) requested your Trade Title from you, but if you're unable to provide, we can request a duplicate title from the DMV. However, if you send the title to Andrew or Quinn (Finance Manager), our Corporate Office will provide the Lien Release to the DMV with all legal documents for the Suspense to be removed. Andrew and Quinn work closely with their customers so there won't be major headaches. Therefore, to say whomever is calling the shots is dumb and horrible and Crain is awful, is not a true statement. Once you receive your Title/Paperwork from our Corporate Office on the 2025 KIA Sorento, you can register your vehicle with no issues relating to your trade. Quinn advised me that he had spoken with you this morning regarding this issue. If you have any questions, please contact me. It *is* a true statement in this instance. And that’s not for you to decide. But like I said Quinn and Andrew were fantastic and I know THEY are doing everything they can to help me. Unfortunately this headache all could’ve been avoided but someone made a bad call to jump the gun. It’s Crain’s problem now, I already did way more than I should have to get it fixed and will not be doing anymore on the matter. Have a great day Lesia.
