the part that was needed wasn’t there even though i had
the part that was needed wasn’t there even though i had this appointment for 3-4 weeks and the staff didn’t apologize or even admit the mistake. one woman did call the sherwood dealership to see if they had the fuse but suggested that i come back in a couple of hours. i live in Beebe, about 35-40 miles away so that was not an option. i was angry to say the least. knowing i was going to be there at 9:00 am, i expected that the part would be there too. very poor customer service!

We apologize for the misunderstanding of your Recall part. When we have a Recall of the HECU Fuse, sometimes an inspection is required before the part can be ordered. Also, our Parts Department doesn't have all of the Fuse's for each vehicle. Therefore, we had to order your part and it has arrived at our Dealership. I tried to call you today but no one answered the phone. Please contact Eddie to schedule your appointment 501.470.7047 to have your fuse installed.
