I went there to check a car out that I had talked to the owner over the phone with earlier. I told him I’m 1hr and 30min away so we set an appointment time accordingly. I texted them I was there, and looked around at the car of interest and others as the one nice gentleman in this equation said the guy I talked to over the phone was busy but he’d be with me soon. The car was surrounded by other cars with one car in front of it. If you moved that one car, there was a big open space where you could actually open the car doors and not have to crack them open. From what I could see from the outside the car seems to had ashes on the dashboard and atleast one smoking burn on the drivers pillar. Plus a few other things. I asked the guys when they came to pull the car out so I could have a look. They basically told me that I could look at the car where it was. At the same time wanted to run my credit first. I don’t even know if I want this car and you want to run my score smh. I insisted he pull the car out. He then opened the door realizing that the car would have to be moved to the open space because of the tight fit. It’s a very small lot and he disappeared forever going to get the key to the other car. I finally said forget it. But thought I’d atleast tell them I was leaving. After searching for the guy we meet at the building doorway. I told him I didn’t want the car and found another place instead. He really had an attitude then. Yep I had time to search, find, and talk to another dealer before he came back with the keys to move a car he didn’t want to move in the first place. When I buy cars the car has to sell itself to me. The salesmen play a part also. I drove 1hr 30min to not even check out the car that I drove there for because they didn’t want to move two cars. Big red flag but I’m satisfied taking my business else where and got a great deal from a manufacturer dealer.

You’re being warned by Many people including now myself that this dealer is nothing more then a Scam. The advertised prices aren’t real. In many instances they are advertising cars they don’t even have saying they are sold If you are foolish enough to bother even inquiring about a car from here, You’ve Been Warned-DON’T Somehow they are allowed to operate

IF you go to the details on any vehicle it states this price is valid for one 24 hour period from 10 am to 10 am , yet the 24 hour period is not advertised on the first day during opening hours only once it has closed , note it does not open until 10 am , so you can never EVER buy the vehicle at the price shown , AND THAT IS FOR ANY VEHICLE i gave u trying , so unfortunately look to pay a minimum of 10 k over listed prices

This dealer posts bait ads. The post a vehicle with a price at the lower range of "average". These vehicles are always "not available" when you call to inquire about them.

Don’t buy on this dealership ,CarGurus price is $34,222 and wants to charge me $48,000 and told me this is a wholesale dealership . Who would buy a $48,000 2018 cayenne with 70000 plus miles .you could buy newer models on that price . This people are scams and liars.

I had the pleasure to to buy a car at this place yesterday. It was a good experience. I bought what I needed and the staff was very helpful. I will recommend. First of all, know your budget and what you need and you will be just fine. Stay blessed

BEWARE!!!. My wife bought a broken X6 and now they won't answer their phones. We paid a $6000 deposit and now they are ducking and diving. The drive train is not functioning and the brakes are poor. All those who have have similar issues please get in touch.

Merlex auto has a lot of cars to choose from, my boy bought a charger from the dealership. Cool people i worked with. Jason and Corey helped me out and the general manager, walt was cool too. I will come back and buy a car myself later on this year. Shoutout to merlex.
