I cant say enough about Mike and the great service that I have received at Merlex. Not once but twice have I been here to purchase a vehicle, the process was easy, the salesmen were polite and personable but also very realistic. I'm on my second Mercedes Benz with them, I plan on purchasing a truck soon and I'll be sure to return.

Nothing But Heart! Thank you Merlex Auto!!

Thank you to the Dealership Merlex Auto Group and especially the one I was working with Mr.Ray Renzo for his great hard work and commitment with me and getting this whole deal done. I came here for the Audi A4 and it was everything I wanted and more I couldn’t be more happy the car was detailed and gassed up before I even got there and the car was below retail value as well I did a lot of research beforehand and I was really surprised with the price even with everything included to it. Thanks again very happy with the whole process

Bought my 2017 Lexus LS 460 L from BIG AL and Marco the other week couldn’t be any happier. Flew in from Wisconsin and the salesman BIG AL himself picked me up from the airport. We got to the dealer car was there and was in much better shape than I imagined; BIG AL is a man of his word. They got me in and out of there in about 45 mins. Amidst all the shady reviews I had an excellent experience. Ask for BIG AL he will take care of you from A to Z.

STAY AWAY!! These guys are shady business people!! There prices rise up by 3k-5k when you get there. They will use the term "Dealer Fees" or "That Sale Ended" BAD BAD BUSINESS TACTICS SMH...Its a shame as they have nice cars.

Must go and see Mike, I was looking for a 2017 E300. I found several E300 Benz with Merlexautogroup I stay in NY, my family and I will never ever buy another car from New York again, we found merlexautogroup online, Mike had send us a reply e mail about the 2017 E300 I had inquiry about I told him that I have had my car for two years and now I wanted to buy a Benz. We made an appointment for SAT, when we arrived parking looked limited however Mike pointed out big parking space for us and had the 3 E300 Benz that we wanted to see, we test drive the Red color one that we wanted, Merlexautogroup give me more money for my trade in then others had offered me, at my credit union Navy Federal they know merlexautogroup and most of their customer buy from Merlex Auto Group, if you are looking for a used car in great condition and free carfax go to merlexautogroup and check them out, they help us with our car and we did buy it from them, please go and see them for yourself and ask for Mike my salesman, Mr Walter thank for the extra look out on the trade in, and mr Marco was just waiting to get us on the road, thank you so much merlexautogruop for putting me on the road, I will be back next week my counsin is coming to get the longwheel base Range Rover dont forget Mike. I told you I will be here to buy and Yes I'm very happy with my car, thank you again merlex auto group and we did love the food from booeymonger thank you Mr Ray with Ray special from booeymonger

THEY LIE ABOUT THERE PRICES!!

These guys use the bait and switch method!! Bait you in at a low price then add 3k-5k SMH TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE SMH..JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS

The establishment lacks customer service and integrity....

The establishment lacks customer service and integrity. I still don't have my license plates after paying the DMV fees when I purchased the vehicle and the 30 day tags have expired. I was told last week that they would have to send me another set of 30 day tags. Now I still don't have the tags and they continue to give me the run around as to why the ball was dropped. Where I live an Emissions Test is not required so that is not an excuse. I have been talking to them for weeks and every time the person has a different name like Peter, Marco, Walter, Sam, etc. No manger is ever available to talk and I was just asked to send an email. As of posting this review I am currently on hold and have been on hold for 45 minutes. All I want is my License Plates!!! After this post I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint with the dealer board. Maybe then someone will respond.
