Really awesome experience! Mike had everything ready when I showed up for the final sale. No pressure on anything! Finance had me out and driving in a snap. Top down folks!

Moe was excellent. No pressure, honest, friendly and helpful. Took the time to ensure that my son understood everything with his new car. Always worth the drive north. Highly recommended!

This is an honest review from a real customer. Short version..DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I wish I did more research on this dealership before driving over to buy a car. Let's start off by saying, this may be the most unprofessional dealership I've ever stepped foot into. So here's my experience. I called the dealership a few hours before arriving to verify (very clearly) if the 2013 Quartz Grey Audi A7 was available. I was greeted by Sam over the phone and was told that the car was available and to come in and check it out. Interestingly enough he gave me his name but didn't ask for mine even though we "set an appointment up" for just a couple hours later. (First sign that I was about to be in for a ride....not really since they didn't even have the car but keep reading) I arrived at the dealership and asked to see the car and was told that the car wasn't available and that they could show me another car. It was like they never even heard of this grey Audi A7 or ever seen it on their lot before. (Keep in mind it's still on their websites) They, then, had the nerve to ask me if my car was a trade in. No its not a trade in sir and even if it was, there's nothing to trade it in for because you lied about having the car that we had an appointment for. Lol. Sounds like a typical bait and switch tactic to me. Upon doing further research on this dealership, it seems like this is a common practice. Believe the reviews. I didn't get anywhere near doing paperwork but I did notice from other reviews that this dealership adds high dealership fees that drive the prices of their vehicles up after you begin doing paperwork. This place seems very shady so please people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Luckily I live pretty close to this place but I could imagine people driving long distances to see their cars just to end up surprised that the car isn't available and may have never been available from the beginning. For giggles, check to see if this 2013 Audi A7 is still on their website after reading this review. I wouldn't be surprised if it's still there along with a number of other cars that they don't have. I had the best service technician, Mike. He went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Great customer service skills. Explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable.

How does a car becomes $3000 more than listed price when they can't even promise the cleanness and the maintenance of their cars? The cars smell like they went to town with the new car scent to cover up the smoke smell. Stay away as far as possible. There are plenty of places to shop around.
