Porsche 911
In my 35 years of driving I’ve have had all sorts of experience from different cars. I’ve had multiple cars drove them and enjoyed them in my life went to all different types of dealers . coming to merlex auto group changed my car buying experience . once I purchased my Porsche 911 from here i refuse to go anywhere else now to purchase a vehicle. I couldn’t even think about going back to a other dealership . Amazing selection of high quality cars , no pressure sales and amazing customer service . Vehicle was exactly as described. Friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in . I was very nervous for buying a other car , but had a great experience with one of the dealer ( Julian ) he responded very promptly answered all my questions. Julian was very accommodating. This is the place , the staff Will go over and above to help you find your car, we got out our very own benz s550 and it came beautifully me and my brother had been looking for this special car and we were not able to find it anywhere with a great deal . they will scam you if you don't pay attention

I was looking for a decent first car for my son. After a few days of searching different dealerships I stumbled upon Merlex Auto group and it was clear our search was over. We had an excellent sales representative Royce, who went above and beyond my expectations. The service was professional and the environment was very clean. Royce helped us get all the information we needed about the vehicle and we left more than satisfied with our experience. Would most definitely recommend.

I had gone down there once to look at a car in which...
I had gone down there once to look at a car in which everything seemed to be going smoothly. I then proceeded to ask the dealer to give me EVERYTHING I will be paying so I can get the proper amount for my loan. They sent me a hard copy which I still have. I went back down with the intention to buy the car and when we went to start the buying process with the owner he added roughly $3000 dollars to the price. I immediately showed him the hard copy of the purchase order with everything there and he claimed it was a “One day pricing for the car.” I responded by saying that I told salesman the day and time that I was gonna come in which the manager said “The salesman don’t know what they are doing.” I then proceeded to show him the current price of the vehicle on the website where it was at $41,966. He responded to that by saying the “website controls the when they update the price.” At this point he had shot down two ways of proof I had to show for the price of the car. The manager told us “If you can’t pay the price I just gave you then it’s not worth talking anymore” so naturally I left. NOT 3 MINUTES after leaving they had updated the price of the car on the website. The manager then proceeded to call me about 20 minutes into my drive home and say he could work with the price we mentioned. I responded with him by quoting what he said so me when we were there about the negotiation and proceeded to hang up on him. I refused to do business with someone who lied to me and treated me so poorly. He immediately called me back and yelled at me for hanging up on him which I got some enjoyment out of since they lied to me after driving 2 hours to get there.

We apologize for your negative experience. At Merlex Auto Group we are committed to fair, honest pricing. It's unfortunate that there was a miscommunication and you were unhappy after pricing was discussed. You came in for a scepcially offered an advertised price that had been available for a specific time period. By the time you showed to purchase the vehicle, we explained that the price you saw had expired and discussed the new sales price. Due to the inconvenience, we were willing to discount $1000, however, you acted rudely and didn't want to negotiate, all we can do is wish you luck in your car search
Bait and switch!
Falsely advertise is the price of a car and then tax on $3000 of fees once you get there. Total bait and switch shop! Unscrupulous business practices, avoid

Very poor customer service experience. Called to inquiry about a vehicle due to being approved for a certain amount through my bank. I reached out to see if the price was negotiable before driving 4hours to purchase the vehicle I spoke with the representative Al who just disconnected the phone on me and when calling back to speak with the manager I was denied. I am very disappointed in the customer service that i received and the manner on how they handled the situation this is not my last stop for this escalation I will also be reporting to the BBB because it’s unacceptable to treat customers in that manner!
