Merlex was awesome, Big Mo best car dealer person I’ve ever dealt with. Looked at car once, trusted them immediately bought car in 30 minutes. They actually spoke with my bank and got me a better rate. Would go back with no problem.

Dishonest, Con-men doing the stereotypical car salesman...
Dishonest, Con-men doing the stereotypical car salesman bait and switch. And a terrible attempt at it. Claim a car is 1 owner, no accidents when Carfax shows multiple collisions and 3 owners. Advertise as a competitive price then stuff it with $3k worth of made-up doc/dealer fees with the hopes an inexperienced car purchaser will fall for the scam. Shipping price from their “guy” will be 2x market rate if you want it shipped. If you’d like to add insult to injury, try hopping on the phone with these little men and watch your IQ level fall by the minute. Move on to another dealer and let these guys continue to live the low, broke life.

After a terrible experience at CASPIAN, my wife and I met Mo and Marco at MERLAX AUTO. Their customer service was second to none. Mo was very professional and settled any and all issues my wife and I had. They are honest and customer focused. We drove over an hour to their location. We left feeling more than satisfied with our purchase and the customer service Mo provided. Thank you Mo and Marco for putting us first. You did more than make up for the bad experience at the other dealer.

Very easy purchase, Moe was the one that assists me and he is a very good person made the purchase very smooth and easy-going, everything went pretty well on the test drive, I ended buying the car and very happy with the experience.

Please don’t not buy a car from this place or their other...
Please don’t not buy a car from this place or their other location called Global Auto located in Md where we original bought truck from, but for some reason they sent our paperwork to Merlex Auto. So, in less then 7 days the transmission went out on the truck. They refuse to fix the problem nor take the truck back because we went over 1,000 miles. How can they not disclose major transmission problems which cost us 4,800 after warranty coverage. We called multiple times a day to get someone to help us for over a week to force them to enter & submit our warranty information to PennWarranty. After a week of no action from Merlex and daily calls with the warranty company to confirm if they got anything from Merlex, we were forced to call the bank to tell them we are turning back the car and taking a major financial lost and walking away because they refuse to enter our warranty into the system. It was that call with the bank that forced Merlex to take action. Also I wanted mention, the price listed online was not the price we paid and finance for. We were charged 600 more! They refuse to correct over charging us! No one should ever have to go through this. As for the reviews, we thought we were purchasing the car from Global Auto which had great reviews. In hindsight, we wished we had saw the reviews about Merlex. So that no one will ever have to go through what we went through, we are reporting Merlex to the State Of VA AG office which I sure others have done before. How many complaints will it take for the state to investigate this fraud.

Stay Away, Low Integrity and Terrible Client Care
Merlex was by far the worst attempted car buying experience I have ever had. This is a low integrity dealer who does not care at all about providing reasonable services to perspective buyers. I visited the dealer on a Saturday early afternoon to potentially purchase a 2017 C300 4Matic Mercedes Benz. The young sales person was pleasant in showing the car as well as the test drive, which he rode along as a back seat passenger. During the test drive we notice a few issue and had a conversation on the price, we were told that the price listed did not include a $900 processing fee as well as a ~$1000 -$2000 reconditioning fee. We stated that was a deal breaker, but he stated the price could possible be negotiated if we were interested in the car. We agreed to try to buy the car and negotiate the price (mainly the overpriced, reconditioning fee). The salesperson went into the office to write up the deal, and while we are in the office, a different salesperson took the key and began to show the car to another customer while we were in the process of negotiating a purchase. They were preparing to go on a test drive, when I confronted the salesperson and the general manager on how can they show a car while we are in the process of buying the car? I was rudely asked if I had "paid for the car yet?" and was told that if your at "Nordstrom you don't own your purchase until you pay for it"...Merlex is no Nordstroms, in fact they don't have the customer service level of a McDonald's. The General Manager was very disrespectful, rude and just plan unprofessional. Also during our visit we witness a couple of Merlex salesperson get into a fist fight over moving cars. Do not let their nice internet pictures fool you. Merlex is a low integrity, unprofessional, deceptive and crude dealer! I would highly recommend staying away from Merlex unless you want to experience a very unprofessional buying experience from disrespectful individuals engaging in deceptive pricing practices with ridiculous reconditioning fees.

RUDE DISRESPECTFUL SCAM ARTIST -BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE. Completely untrustworthy dealer. SCAM ARTIST AT THEIR BEST. They are rude nasty and arrogant. They are a true representative of the word despicable. They do not know how to show respect and treat their customers. They don't even know their own inventory but they scream we are a web-based car lot and you can look online for cars but I found it funny that I found 4 cars and not one car was on there lot when I arrived even after I texted prior to my 55-minute ride to this dealer... wait I'm sorry not a dealer but my 55-minute ride to this xxxx show. I arrived at the xxxx show dealer and took me 20 minutes just to get help. I walked in and the sales manager heard me looking and saying hello is anyone here trying to get assistance but he proceeded to ignore me and not even acknowledge that he heard me asking for assistance or that someone will help me shortly. I continued to knock on his office door and he continued to ignore me. The prices change in their benefit whenever they want it to. I will do everything in my power to report this business on every site I can find as well to the better business bureau. As a successful business owner myself, I would never operate in the despicable manner this lot does.
