Dishonest, poorly managed and outright shady
This is probably the shadiest dealer I’ve ever encountered. Let me quickly explain my experience. I called and asked if they still had a vehicle in stock which was a BMW 4 series. I spoke to a guy named “mike” who clearly had poor customer service. I was told the vehicle was at the BMW dealership getting maintenance done under the warranty and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. I showed up on Monday and was told the car was sold last week and wasn’t available but if I’m interested in another car let them know. This shady dealer will say anything to get the customer in the door and try to sell another car. Everyone out there - be careful and if the deal sounds too good to be true - IT IS

Disatrous. I call for additional information, and my call was unforntunatelly atteded by someone self identified as Mike. He shows poor client service. I identified as calling from Puerto Rico. I call at 8:00pm locally, asking for additional photos, that never happened. Someone identified as Grace, text me that the suv was not available. During my conversation with Mr Mike, I feel that he wan't to finish the conversation, a lot of interruptions, a lot of excusses, a lot of obstacles, probably because he feel that I can not pay. How can this occur, if he told me the suv just came the day before. Dealer sold the car at 12:00pm. Shame on you. I 'am a businessman locally ith a serious background. Dishonest Sales Practices
I contacted them the other day about a BMW listed here. The salesman kept trying to get me interested in other cars even though he said they had the car and he could "see it" out front. After discussing the car for a few minutes, I told him I had a long drive and wanted to put a deposit on it. He said the manager had to approve that. Manager told him to tell me they suddenly had a buyer on the way that already put a deposit down... The car had been listed for three weeks... weird coincidence? I checked the Carfax on the vin. They sold the car three weeks ago and left the listing up! They put a super cheap price on a nice BMW to get you to call in and sell you on another car....shady! As of today, that same car is still listed, and the salesman never called me back to tell me the deal fell through and I could buy the car now... he must have forgot to call me.... Under the definition of "used car salesmen" in the dictionary is a picture of this dealership... steer clear.

Horrible demeanor!
Tried to make an offer twice, two different salespeople, both extremely rude, would not even listen, told I had to come in to “show” I was serious but would not listen to what was a very reasonable offer. May have okay prices however I have a several hour drive and wanted to know where we stood before taking the drive. Both sales agents could only say the ‘price was the price’, there is a $995 dealer fee and that was it - period. Seems funny how strict they are on a car (and cars) they obviously want to move since the regularly reduce the prices. I will gladly pay more to find a car and people who are civil elsewhere.

Totally unprofessional
On the second try calling someone answered and it sounded like I was calling a daycare. The first question I asked raised the first red flag: What other fees do you have and how much are they? "Our Doc Fee is $999, can you hold?" Click. Four minutes later I hung up.

Additional fees!!!
Additional Fees, fees, fees once deal was about to close. I decided to walk away because it was very uncomfortable knowing these fees were not disclosed, mentioned and added. Be careful folks!

My name is Jimmie Missouri and I just bought my 2015 Mercedes-Benz S550 fully loaded 4-MATIC from Merlex Auto Group and I cannot be happier and extremely satisfied. Not only did I get the car I was looking for but the finance guys Walter and Marco were able to beat my current interest rate and got me a much better one! I highly recommend these guys they are professionals. My Salesman was big Al if you are looking to have a similar experience do not hesitate to ask for him he’s the man you want to see.
