Great Customer Service and Experience

Set up an appointment through Joey and when I got to the dealer he had the vehicle prepped and ready for my viewing. While viewing the vehicle, Joey made sure he was assisting me in finding a vehicle that fit me and my families needs rather than to sell me whatever he had on the lot. I appreciated that and on top of that, the process went smooth from sales to finance to leaving the dealer with the car. Highly recommend this dealer!

Merlex Auto Group is the place to go!!!!

This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time. I went in just to look around and saw this beautiful Mercedes E350 2014. The Salesman Marco took care of me and answered all my questions as well as take me in a test drive showing me all the cool features. I read some of the reviews and was skeptical at first but I took a chance anyway and can say that was one of the best choices I made because it got me a beautiful car for a great deal.

Had a great experience purchasing my Mercedes G-550, the sales team was extremely patient and the financing manager was amazing due to my premature credit history. Definitely a customer for life. Traveled all the way from Mississippi, and the owners and team made me feel at home! Thanks Merlex.

Be careful with pricing trick

Went to there twice. The car came from accident (don't know minor or major) The pricing is tricky, they may add national highest processing fee $999 and so called $799 reconditioning fee to your price, which however, only regular cleaning is provided , and then add them up to apply sales tax. Be careful.

Best Car buying experience!

Buying a car with Merlex Auto Group was super easy. I went and viewed two cars and with the assistance of a very knowledgeable salesman I picked a 2016 Audi A6 with only 9700 miles. The financing portion of the deal was seamless. The dealership already has a relationship with my bank so I was in and out with the car I wanted at the payment I wanted! It you are looking for luxury at a standard budget Merlex is the place you should go.

Most of cars come with accidents but clean Carfax

Most of cars have clean Carfax(no accident reported), but the do come with accidents, you can easily tell the re-painting work or so when you take a close look at the vehicles. Better bring a coating thickness gauge(paint tester) with you when visiting, you will be surprised how these cars are different from what are shown on the carfax sometimes.

Edit #1- I was supposed to get my tags two weeks ago and I called and they directed me to another person. I was given two numbers for this person, Katie, and nothing has worked in terms of getting a hold of her They treat you nice until you buy the car and then they send you away and no longer care.

Greatest Car Salesman

The moment I walked on the lot I was greeted... I informed them that I needed a new ride and my credit was questionable... they assured me they would put me in the car of my choice that day and THEY DID... the shop closed at 8pm, but the WHOLE team stayed until 9:45pm ... Each person on staff pitched in and not only put in the car, they also gave me a great DEAL... Thank you MO, Marco and Bolla for making my buying a car a great experience.. p.s. Bolla stayed even later to give me a crush course on all of the features in my new car... thank you gentlemen.... Rudolphus
