Crooks, fraudulent, thieves, liars!!!BEWARE

Wish I could give them "ZERO" stars!!! Beware they are frauds. Fraudulent documents included. Sold me a car in January for a different price that was listed, stating the new figures reflects all add ons.... Still paying for repairs... will give you a useless warranty and than you'll find out they slid in a different one with a cost.... STAY CLEAR

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

At first my wife was skeptical about this dealership, but we gave it a try anyways. Let me tell you, it was the best decision we made by far! Marco was our sales representative went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and worry-free- very attentive fellow. Shawn another employee there finished our financial paperwork in a blink of a eye!!! Shawn teamed up with Walter ( District Manager) to review numbers and found us a better APR than before..... left us with our jaws dropped. We have been to other luxury dealerships and Merlex tops them by far!! Merlex has shown us what a great experience car buying should be. We have nothing but great things to say about Merlex and we both recommend this dealership to anyone.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

Below average service

You are doing them a favor by calling them - or so it seems! Sales people are not responsive and clearly do not know much about the cars. There are better dealers around. Avoid.

Great customer service!

We have been looking for a vehicle for a while and merlex auto group continued to come up in our search with the best vehicles. We came in today and saw Javier and Walter (finance guy). They made the process easy and for us dinner! Thank you so much!

scam artists. avoid at all cost

Absolute scam artists.They forst lost a car with good proce as a bait. They will contact you and say car is available, you can check with them even before an hour before droving there and they will say car is ready. Once you arrive they will tell you car was sold moments ago just before and try to sell you a different car. All of their cars have accidents and terrible fix ups. Mike, their salesman, will try to lie and scam you. Of you know cars and good with paint work and body you can tell cars are fixed without reporting to insurance companies. Avoid this place at all cost.

Phone Try

First guy I talked to(Javier) put me on hold and never returned. Second guy (Colin?) was helpful but said the car was already sold, even though it was still posted on their internet ads.

Purchasing a vehicle from Merlex auto was an excellent experience. This is a family oriented company and the hospitality is wonderful ☺️. They got me into a 2015 Jaguar with no money down at a great rate. Looking for a vehicle this the place to go!!! Go see Walter he is the man.
