Merlex Auto Group showed me great customer service. I just moved into the DMV area and decided to check them out. All of their staff members where so knowledgeable about all of their products as well as polite. They had a great selection of foreign cars that were cheap. They have Range rovers, Audi’s and BMWs. I specifically went to check out the c-class Mercedes Benz. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a great low mileage car that is affordable. Also if you want a wide variety of slection Merlex is also one of your safer bets. I had a great experience and hopefully will be back.

I think that this is the best car dealership because it has luxury like bmw,Mercedes,Audi and a lot more the costumer service is really good because they process the deal fast unlike other dealership i suggest this dealership

I had a really good encounter with this private dealer. I heard many good things, yet I never had the chance to experience the superb customer service I received until I personally made the trip down myself. I spoke to a sales representative who was well informed and very educated with the sales being conducted. After being shown my options, I spoke to the Manager at the time, I believe his name is Walter. He explained to me the history and credibility that this company had and I walked away with keys and properly done paperwork to the car I own now.
