Very rarely do reviews .. and this one is a few months delayed .. but wanted to give a well-earned great review for Sholey in sales and the finance/closing department there. We bought a Q7 a few months ago now and they certainly went a few extra miles taking care of the little things and making sure my wife and I knew how to take advantage of the cars capabilities. He followed up with us multiple times after we bought the car to make sure all is well and inviting us to come in so he could personally take care of some little things and answering questions we had. Can't comment on the service department as of yet, but, for sure Sholey in sales deserves kudos.

Merlex Auto Group was a great pick for us and our new family vehicle. I'm not a luxury car type of person, therefore, I'm not really wow'd by expensive cars. However, I was impressed with the inventory they offered, as well as, the AMAZING and HONEST customer service we experienced with both Sean and Freddie. They explained all the in's and out's, answered my thousand and one questions, ensured that I did not view cars that jumped out of my comfort zone, pulled cars out of the garage at least 3x because I wasn't sure what I wanted. Allowed me to test drive all of them before even having a conversation about my budget and credit. From a Sunday morning to the Monday afternoon, I felt great about purchasing with them. I would recommend them to others who seek to purchase a vehicle. In spite of all the negative reviews, I had a great experience. For those who are wavering, I'll just say this, be sure to go in knowing what you want, knowing your credit score, and knowing what your non-negotiables are.

Wow this place really helped me out! I was new to the area Ballston area so it was great to have people I can trust like these guys. Merlex is the best place to get a car if you live in the DMV area. The staff is very friendly and make you feel like they are doing their best to work with you in the car buying process. Buying a car to me is normally a headache but with merlex this was not the case. Thank you guys for the new ride and making this process easy. I am the type of person who does not like to buy new things and use my items until they do not work anymore. This is the reason that I had my old car for so long. When I came to Merlex they helped me move on to a new car and I am just as in love with this car as my older model car. I know a lot of people do not have to luxury of driving a nice car so i am greatful for Merlex and their hard work for making this transition so easy and smooth. I can not thank you guys enough. Highly highly recommend!! Went by to check our a 2017 Mercedes E300 and had the pleasure in dealing with Masi as my sales rep and did a great job, the management, Wali and Bola catered to all my concerns with financing and got the beat deal in 300 miles!
