Buying my second vehicle

Man what can I say I am loving my new Chrysler 300 s fully loaded And the buying experience was wonderful there weren’t to many loopholes involved I put down a decent amount and my guy. Walter Hemsworth definitely showed about and got me in and out with a great rate and made sure that they didn’t suck the living life force out of me thanks again Merlex auto And thank you again Walter I will be back when it’s time for my sons car

NEW car !!! So excited.

i purchased my brand new car ! And I’m couldn't be happier! i am a college student and wasn't sure if i wasn’t even going to qualify ! Very little credit history, so i was super apprehensive . However , Walter Hemsworth & Moe assured me in making the right decision. i am so appreciative , and super excited!

All around great experience.

Awsome customer service. Took some time for deal to take place but was well worth it in the long run. Will definitely recommend to others.

Worst Customer Service

Worst customer service ever. Your employees need basic etiquettes and coaching before they can even answer the phone . I called inquiring about a vehicle and Mike kept interrupting me while i was asking questions. He kept telling me that the price was the best and the vehicle was the best i can ever find . It’s my right to ask as many question as i want if i want to spend $50k on a car . Sorry guys you lost a sale because of one arrogant employee

Worst Customer Service

Worst customer service ever. Your employees need basic etiquettes and coaching before they can even answer the phone . Amazing Experience

Wonderful experience with knowledgeable and passionate sales people. They did not play any games. The entire staff was very straight forward and catered to our needs, answered questioned, and made sure we got everything necessary to be happy with our purchase.
