Financial Consultant

Terrible customer service, refused to refund earnest money $500.00 for down payment for vehicle, Despite showing them my Buyers agreement signed by their salesman and myself. They are a Rip Off. After research I found out that there are complaints about Merlex and for sure "Frank" who ripped me off is all of a sudden not employed by the company. They are Liars and Cheats and I am taking them to court. " DO NOT BUY FROM THEM" because you will lose.

Bait and switch. Beware don’t waste time .

Bunch of idiots working. Highly unprofessional once I get there to see a car that Was available 15 min prior to me arriving there . I was told the car is sold . Other guy says car has issues Another one comes up saying car is with manager will not come in for few for days. Offered me more expensive cars.Never told me about almost $2k for reconditioning fee and processing fee . Crooks at every step.

Stay away from them

Stay away from them... They are liars and scammers. I talked to FREDDIE to make sure that car is available. He said that is still available. Then, I sent text him the end of day with that car is sitll available with stock# for appointment remander for next day. I called him at 10:00 AM BUT he did not answer. Then, I called dealer store to make sure that I have an appointment with Freddie and want to make sure before take my flight heading to DC that a car is available with color, mark, model , year and stock#. They said " Yes sir it is sitll available. When I got there and met him, he said I am sorry we sold it yesterday and trying to offer other car to me. In that time, I remembered some negative reviews about them. It is totally true. I am luck to lost $900 for flight better that lose $45K. Finally, Keep your money with honest car dealer. Thx

Great Experience with Sales Staff at Merlex ******

Crooks, fraudulent, thieves, liars!!!BEWARE

Worst Experience

In my opinion, this was the worst experience I had in trying to purchase a car. The sales team needs training plus GM was ridiculous.

great cars, great service

I came to Merlex auto group to purchase my new 2015 Mercedes s550. Masi and Walter were very helpful in getting me great payments and a low interest rate. I highly recommend them for your next luxury car purchase. They have a great selection and a very helpful staff.

Continental GT

March 14 I had a conversation with Fasi (Freddy) at Merlex about a Continental GT my wife wanted. We discussed a warranty on the vehicle and he promised to call me the next day at 12:00. The next day I grabbed the telephone and kept it by my side waiting for him to call. After waiting until 1:30, I called, got his voice machine and left a message. After a couple more hours, I called again, got no answer and left another message. I decided to check my email. NOTHING THERE. I sent him 2 email messages asking him to call me. I spent the entire evening waiting for a call that I never got. My wife wanted the car, and I had already contacted Roadrunner Transport to deliver it. I am NOT writing this negative review because I got no response to my email or telephone calls. I am writing it because the next day, Saturday, to my surprise, I get an email at 2:56 pm claiming that I had been called and emailed several times. It was a lie. I am also writing it because my wife just told me the price dropped and the salesman told me absolutely no negotiations. What’s wrong with these people? If you buy from this dealership, do it with the understanding that there is no respect for the truth.

Great experience!

Freddie and Masi were great! I wanted a vehicle and they got me in the one I wanted for the payments I wanted in a timely manner. Probably one of the easiest and friendliest car buying experiences I’ve had. I took one star away only because the financial guy tried to give us a high interest rate when our credit is darn near perfect. That was the only negative part about the buying experience. I would definitely purchase from Freddie again!
