SCAMMERS! LIARS! BEWARE!
Beware of dealing business with Mike, Frank Khan and all employees of Merlex Group. Have you heard of Bait and Switch? That's what they do and they're good at it. PLEASE!!! check the vin number of the car that you are buying before you leave the lot or before signing the contract. I cannot believe they have the nerve to do this to people especially to senior citizens like us. PLEASE!!! also read the reviews especially the reports from Better Business Bureau, they have 30 plus complaints, same scenario, scamming people, lying, and promising things that they never do. How could they still be in the business, I don't understand. PLEASE!!! don't do business with them. It's too late for us, we were already scammed after we've read the reviews and reports.

1700 addition fee with add to the car price!
went to look for the used car at this dealership, first you can not test drive the car unless you are sure of buying it. Second there dealership processing fee is much higher compared with other dealerships, total of 999+699=about 1700 dollars, and there online price does not include this price. Do not go to this dealership!

Scammers
We brought a car from them and not even 2 weeks in was left with $6000 in repairs after paying $1800 in prep fees they are scamming people there’s no way this car could have passed inspection with a bad tire and front and back breaks and rotors metal to metal along with other list of problems when I took this car to the dealer to be diagnosed the list of issues wrong I was in shock they allowed us to drive off this lot with a baby in this car knowing this how do they sleep at night this deal was horrible and a waist of money and calling them is useless they don’t care and will not own nothing they pass you to person to person to say they will help call back Wednesday when you call back the person won’t be there or you’ll be told to call back or they can’t do anything just the run around there not gonna do anything so your stuck with the bill they need to be shut down please do not buy from here

Typical sleaze....
I just got off the phone with the sleaziest representative I’ve ever spoken with... fast talking with no breathes in between to fit in a question, when I told him I could only come in on Sunday’s (when they’re open) he told me to have a great day and hung up on me... It’s a shame, liked the car from what I read online, but if my experience over the phone was any indication of things to come then I most likely just dodged a bullet.

looking for the cars at this dealership, the price was 24000 dollars, however, when I went there, they add the service into the Sales Price without telling me! The car is very dirty, and scratches outside. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY DO NOT LET YOU TEST DRIVE THE CAR BEFORE YOU ARE SURE TO BUY THE CAR.

I Purchased a 2013 Audi A8L with 72,000 on it from this dealership and was lied to all around the board they acted like they was so honest but trust me there not we paid this $1800 prep fee as they called it to make sure the car was up to safe driving conditions they said this fee will check everything malty point inspection with that being said after picking up the car and driving 6 hrs back home to Ny the next day the car started making noises so i made a appointment with Audi to have the car checked where i found out there was a laundry list of problems with the vehicle $6000 worth to be exact starting with brakes and roders front and back, one of the speakers was blown from the bang & olufsen sound system,heated stearing dosent work,engine strut damaged,underpans screws was not there,needs struts and shocks,controlarms and bushings was bad,tire had a bubble in it that i seen day leaving the dealership they informed me when i buy one they would reimburse me so i called and called RAY the finance manager and he never answers after i was told fax proof which i did havent heard from them if i could do it over i would never had went to these xxxxing crooks wouldnt recommend nobody here.

I wanted to trade my vehicle in and was told to sell my car in NY due to all they would give me is 15000. In NY and NJ I was offered between 18,000-19,000. Not once was I told let me work more numbers to see what we can do. I guess it’s take it or leave it. I was willing to drive 8 hours, because I really liked the vehicle on their site. OH BTW I already had a check ready to pay for it CASH! Thanks

Excellent Service in Arlington, VA!
My experience in purchasing a new (for me!) car at the Arlington, VA MerLex dealership was simply outstanding. Everyone on staff was friendly, efficient and professional.
