Merlex top of the line service!!

Seth and Frank did a great job with me today. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes Benz E-63 AMG . I was happy with my beautiful roadster and they all made me felt like I've known them before. Once I purchased the vehicle everyone individually congratulated me. They made the process smooth and easy.

Matt and Walter got me in a nice Mercedes benz S550 2015 i came in for the 07 but they put me in a 2015 they made it happen and they got the best customer service. there inventory was amazing they got every single car that you want!!!! if you guys come down here ask for Matt for your sales man

MERLEX WAS AWESOME

We bought our Lexus RC350 from Merlex on 5/10 and the car buying process was the fastest I've ever experienced. We test drove 2 cars and solidified our paperwork in less then 1.5 hours! Came back the next day at 7pm with a cashiers check and drove our car off the lot in less than half an hour. The staff and their team work definitely shines! Everyone was friendly. Matt and Mike did an excellent job hustling and bustling. These two managed to move out cars left and right just so we can test drive them. Mr. Walter and Bola, the managers were cordial and even cleaned our new baby up and filled up our tank before we left! Frank processed our paperwork and made info. exchange very simple. Thanks for not making this process overwhelming and I would definitely look into Merlex again when considering our next car!

I was looking for a Benz G class they had I called and Mike answered and when I made it there he took great care of me and my family I will always tell everyone about how great Mike was, God bless him he really took care of us. Must go see MIKE

Great and honest dealership...

Very polite customer service. Salesman was very honest and straight to the point . Bola handled all financial negotiation and was awesome. Thanks for the deal I got on my 2012 Mercedes!

Great dealership

Broken promises and runaround!

Called multiple times and given different stories about the car. Salesman promised pictures and a call back....never happened. They were Unprofessional,incompetent and rude.

Experience of lifetime

I went looking for a car with my parents, we went to several other dealerships, work with Zak. He was very helpful and knowledgeable to what I needed. Zak and his managers frank and Walter were awesome too. Right from the get go we felt at home. Zack knew our budget and showed me the car of my dreams!! 2015 Mercedes C300!!

BUYER BEWARE!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I called to inquire about a vehicle I saw and let the sales person Cobra know that I was traveling 5hrs to see the vehicle and make sure the vehicle was still available. The next day I called before I left and told him I was on the way and he stated he was going to get the car ready for me to test drive. I was a 1hr from the dealership and the sales person called and said that the vehicle was not ready and had to return it to the dealership shop because of some electrical problem and he would let me.know when the car was ready. So I never heard from him so then i had my wife called and talked to a different salesperson about the same car. He told her that the car was on the lot and she could come test drive it. I then immediately called Cobra back and asked for a update on the Vehicle and lied and said that they returned the vehicle because it was no good. I advise you not to waste your time with this dealership!
