I would go there again!

I went to Merlex looking for a SUV and walked out with an SUV and an exemplary customer service experience. Cobra was extremely professional helpful and patient but most importantly he had superior product knowledge. After a "couple" test drives. We found a 2015 range rover that was everything I wanted and more. If you're looking for a high quality car buying experience this is the place for you

BEST OF THE BEST

My husband and I are both returning customers of Merlex Auto Group. We have found everyone at this dealership to be so professional. Our past experience with both sales and service have been very business like and pleasant. Mr. Walter HemsWorth has sold us a total of four vehicles and worked very hard to be sure we were satisfied customers. Frank Montana was so thorough in explaining all the functions of our new vehicles. We would not ever think of going anywhere else for our automotive.

The best dealership in town

I’ve been on the lookout for a certain Jeep the past two months and finally came across the exact one I was looking for at Merlex. When I can in to test drive it, I was greeted by Bola. From the get go, he was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about vehicles, all types! We test drive the car and when finished, we started talking options, but I never felt pushed at all during the process. I eventually walked away that day, but after talking to Bola again a few times over the phone, I came back to Merlex and purchased the Jeep. They even detailed the vehicle again and fed me lunch while I completed the Paperwork. If your looking for a nice high end car or SUV, I highly recommend checking out Merlex, and ask for Bola!!

One of my worst sales experiences..

Contacted about a car that had been listed for 129 days online. Car was listed as a one owner with full maintenance history. 2012 50k miles.. turns out it's a 3 owner, one service record. I'm an out if state buyer, cash. I contact the sales team am immediately hit with cringy catch fraises.. "Treat yourself don't cheat yourself.".. I had to tell the salesman 4 times over two days that I would not be flying in to see the vehicle until we agree on price. These guys like to use the "yeah, just come on in and we'll work a deal technique.". So I offer at 10% less than ask, rejected. I offer at 8%, am told I will hear back. I don't. So I contact them. They ask again if I can just fly in.. Then reject the offer, telling me that they will need almost 2k over their asking price in processing fees. Literally the most cringe worth online experience I have had to date. They lost a fair sale. Search continues. I would proceed with extreme caution with this dealer, standard car shark tactics, 1700 in hidden fees, ridiculous.

Excellent service

Can't trust this place.

I've been watching some cars that they have listed. Watched 3 cars for 3 weeks. One day decided to stop by and check them out. First off, the lot is tiny and there's no where to park. I was approached by a sales guy fairly quickly and he was polite. I asked him to show me the 3 cars they have listed. He went inside to check the Stock #'s, came back out and said all 3 have sold. I said no problem, thank you and left. 2 weeks later all of the cars are still listed as for sale. Imagine that.
