On December 12th .. I purchased a 2014 CLA Mercedez. Walter H was bind over backwards to make sure. I was happy with my decision. Walter H even went to my credit union with me . And what was impressive? He knew the important people at Navyfcu. We got the deal done with no problem. Thumbs up!

I was driving through Arlington one evening and ran into Merlex Auto Group. The flashy cars out front caught my attention and I thought it would be fun to atleast tease myself with hopes of getting a used luxury car. It is safe to say I did not have any intent on making any purchases that day. Of course, one would assume that this would upset any sales person and I mentally prepared myself for that battle. Surprisingly... that mentality was not needed. I walked into the office space and was greeted by A gentleman named Wali. He did the normal plesantries of asking what made me walk into their dealership that day. We talked about my dream car and what it would be like to have the opportunity to drive off the lot with one. He showed me an all black Audi A8. Of course i fell in love, but i told him i wouldn’t be making any purchases today. Luckily, that didn’t phase him any and he assured me that it is absolutely fine to just enjoy looking at the future aspirations. During our walk along the lot, Wali remained energized and informative about the cars at Merlex, shooting out specs on each car and his personal opinions on his inventory. All together, it was an honest experience. We went back inside and i asked him what numbers would look like if I wanted to take the plunge and purchase. After about 10 minutes of bouncing back and forth with numbers and small talk, i politely declined. Wali still wasn’t phased and he thanked me for my time and invited me to come check them out again. Long story short.... I visited back 3 weeks later and Wali welcomed me with open arms.... remembering everything about me. That day I drove out the lot with my dream car. I want to thank Wali and his team for being supportive and not pushy while I went through my own decision making process. In other words, Great Company, Great Product, Great Customer Service!

There coworkers were very passionate and awesome,they treated me like family which was so amazing. When I waited for my things to be done I was being entertained with the coworkers which was the best.
