First Mike was a huge help in coordinating a meeting and communicating with me directly on exactly which vehicle I wanted. He had everything set up prior to me arriving and definitely took care of me the entire duration of the deal. Walter and team were absolutely amazing and this is my 3rd vehicle from Merlex and will be purchasing more in the future. Couldn't have been an easier process from beginning to end.

Car shopping for me was very difficult when I had gone to several different dealerships who did not satisfy what I needed in regards to purchasing a vehicle. This dealership not only met all of my standards, but they treated me as if I was family and told me what was right and what was wrong in regards to purchasing the vehicle that I wanted . The impeccable customer service I received will never be topped and I will never forget that. I suggest Merlex to all who is looking to buy a vehicle, for a great price and great customer service.

I usually never write reviews but I decided to do one for Merlex because people deserve to know how great they are! So some background info.. I’m a college student who needed a car with low mileage and of course affordable. The people at Merlex did everything they could to help me find the best fit! Walter Hemsworth, the general manager (yes I made sure to get his name) really went out of his way to give me the best service. This is the first dealership where I left happy!! I definitely recommend them to anyone! THANK YOU WALTER + team! I’m very happy with my car!

I had hard time getting finding a good car and getting financed, as I walked into this dealership I was introduced to Wali Habibi he was very helpful, friendly and above all very honest. Helped me find the car and got me financed, I am so glad I went there and I recommend every one else to go there and meet with Wali. Thanx guys

First, let me say that the customer service I received from the employees at this location was immaculate. I felt like I was purchasing a brand new Bentley! Nevertheless, I left the dealership without the car I came for. I was disappointed because the managers wouldn't come to my price. Sounds cliche I'm sure. But the fact that they didn't seem to consider my offer was upsetting. I've purchased vehicles before and I was at least expecting my offer to be considered. When it wasn't... I was disappointed but accepted the situation for what it was. The hurtful part is the following week when I look online I now see the vehicle I test drove at the price I offered. I hate to mention that I drove over an hour just for this vehicle but to be turned away only to see the vehicle at the price I offered a week later... dissatisfied is one of the many negative adjectives I have about this dealership.

Credit was low 600s. They got me approved with a Credit Union. Navy Federal at that and I don’t have nobody in my family in the service that could’ve ever got me signed up with Navy Fed. Thank you MerLex! I love my Lexus LS460 and the low interest rate. 6%. Definitely will refer family and friends as long as y’all keep passing the deals around. Mr Mike was my salesman. Very generous

It was a pleasure to purchase the 2012 Black SUPERCHARGED from Walter. We talked on the phone about RangeRovers in general and then Walter asked me how we could make my purchase of the 2012 Black SUPERCHARGED possible. Just right to the point , price was discussed, we came to an agreement quickly with not a lot of time wasted going back and forth like a lot of other buying experiences. Mike Walter asked when could I be available to pick up the Truck. What an excellent way to purchase a car or anything for that matter. The next day I arrived to purchase the RangeRover and the transaction was completed easily. Me and my family wanted a Cadillac with low miles we found it online went to see it, Mike showed us the car and the KBB on it with their fees I still paid less for my car, I love my Cadillac thank you Mike, and Big Meo for everything, these guys were excellent I will also tell everyone about the great service that was given to us, I glad I bought my truck from MerlexAutoGroup
