After going place to place looking for a my new car since my 2005 Maxima wasn’t just working for me anymore, got a promotion about a year ago, and said why not go for a Mercedes S550, a friend recommended Merlex to me. Zack was my salesman who was great and knowledgeable. he and his staff made the process very easy and smooth, made me feel like home right when I got in. They got me in a S550 I didn’t even think I could afford, THANKS A LOT ZACK AND WALTER!!!

I wish i check yelp first Merlex is Full scams car dealership Do not never ever trust or buy car from them. Unprofessional services but very professional pocket pickers, thieves .... stupid greedy car dealership I bought the car from them that was the biggest mistake i did when i didn't listen to a friend of mine who told me same fraud i going through with those (f.....)Merlex car dealer gangs WARNING They changed the price on the contract almost 7k higher than original sale price. Ridiculous!!

I inquired about two vehicles, both which were on their website. I received automated emails from them, and then I received a singular emails from an Allison. I called to speak to Allison, and they said she worked at another location and they could help me. I asked about the vehicles and was told they were sold. They said their website wasn't updated, but that I could put a deposit down for them to buy me something at an auction. Thats ridiculous. Keep your website up to date and let me speak with the person that contacted me. Stop trying to horde commissions by not transferring calls.

I just had a wonderful experience with Merlex as I purchased a Mercedes GL450. The salesperson, Evan was extremely courteous and professional. He made the entire buying experience well worth it. I will absolutely use Merlex again!

Small dealership with big deals. Kevin helped me get the car I wanted and gave me the rundown concise and to the point. To sell a car you must sell yourself first and these guys are not pushy and made me feel satisfied. Would highly recommend anyone to check them out

I think this dealership is fine, but I will appreciate it if the price can be cheaper. I refered to the processing fee, I think the used vehicle I purchased is quiet good.

I would put 0 stars if I could! They do not deserve even one. They hung up on me and did not disclose of an accident a vehicle had. Not to mention their advertisement listed navigation/heatedseats and had none of those either. "4.0L V8 saves great on gas" These people know nothing about cars and their website fronts Rolls Royces/Ferraris/Bugattis but when you look at their lot 90% of it are base model Audi's and Lexus'.
