I purchased my vehicle on 6/29/2017 after 30 days I never received my hard tags. They never returned my calls and I eventually had to drive up there to pick up my tags. Some type of mix up happened and I was issued another set of paper tags. Although I submitted my MD Inspection within two weeks of purchase. Three months later I refinance my car and decided to cancel my warranty I purchased. I was waiting for my refund through the mail. I never received it so I decided to call the warranty company. According to them Merlex cashed the check on Oct. 31, 2017. Now keep in mind it was Nov 9, 2017 when I received that news from the warranty company. Merlex has yet to contact me about my money. Now I have to drive back to the dealership and collect my money. My telephone number has not changed and I haven?t received one message. I?ve tried calling the company numerous times and never gotten through. I decided to call from a different number and got through right away. Horrible customer service and they refuse to handle anything over the phone. Now I have to spend my day off trying to get my money back.

Cheating, robber, dont deal with them. Stay away from these people from this dealer. complete scammers. xxxxing this dealer. $2000 bill for repair after 5 days buying.

What a great car buying experience. Please don't let the lot fool you. Walther H. runs a tight very professional team. And my salesman Zach was outstanding! We purchased a used 2014 LS 460; we honestly felt like we were getting a car from a family member. I will definitely recommend my friends to Walter and his team at the Merlex Auto Group.

Me and my wife were looking for 2014 Mercedes S550 for about 2 weeks. we went to about almost 10 other car dealerships and left without a car. Merlex Auto Group was excellent service from the jump, Zack and Walter were great. will come back for a second purchase when my wife gets her new car.

I just want to take a minute to rate my experience at Merlex. This was a very smooth and easy process from beginning to end. Lorenzo was very genuine and a true professional from the jump. I have been to dealerships in the past where the salesman just jump on you to quickly sell a vehicle. My intent wasn't to come out of there with a new car but more importantly talk to someone about my current situation. Long story short, Lorenzo actually cared and listened to what I had to say and walked me through A-Z to find a resolution. I purchased a vehicle from Merlex and received temporary tags for 3 months. After 3 months they refused to issue anymore and they still hadn't processed the paperwork for my permanent tags even though I paid them registration, tags and title fee. It's been 3 days and I can't drive my car and No one knows when I will receive my perm tags. DMV and my credit union have not received the title. I filed a complaint with BBB and hope this issue will get resolved. Customer service is sooo bad. I don't recommend my worst enemy to purchase a vehicle from these people. When I called their parent company, Unique Auto Import, they have the same nasty attitude. One person, Jason Brown, has attempted to help but still to no avail. I will be calling him back today.

I had a great experience with Walter and Kareem at Merlex auto Group! From the time I walked in it was nothing but pure professionalism and courtesy. This is by far the best car buying experience i have ever had in my life. If anyone out there is in the market for a car please choose merlex and I promise you won't be disappointed
