This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car!
This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car! They are HORRIBLE!" AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. Any and all they promised is not true. All cars are as is. Absolutely no warranty on anything, even if you spend 50k on a vehicle, you are on your own. They don't want you to read the paperwork before you sign it. Best friends until you drive out of the lot, then you will get hung up on , verbally mistreated, potentially threatened, intimidation tactics and god knows what else. I have no idea how do they stay in business with such a bad reputation. At this rate, its only a matter of time before they get sued and shut down. Advise to management ; YOU NEED A COMPLETE MANAGEMENT OVERHAUL. Salesmen need training in USA customer relations. If this is a Family own business, the HEAD OF THE FAMILY need to get involved ASAP. *Do NOT ignore a bad review. That review won't be going away any time soon. It will be seen by countless consumers researching dealerships in your area. Lack of response signals a disregard for customer care. *Speak to your employee(s) that dealt with the customer. Determine what may have caused this customer to walk away less than satisfied. *If possible, use the opportunity to re-open communication with the consumer. Devise a calm response that addresses all of customer's complaints. If there were mistakes made, acknowledge them. *Don't berate the customer for omitting information or being less than truthful. Essentially, if they have tossed insults, don't return them in kind. Turn the other cheek and respond with any information you feel is pertinent in a calm, respectful manner. Negative dealership reviews give positive reviews credibility. And your dealership's thoughtful response to both good and bad reviews will demonstrate that your business cares for its customers, even when they aren't easy to please.

Merlex Management- I would like to give a great appreciation to Tee who provided beyond excellent customer service. I called Merlex on March 5, 2017 requesting information on an inquiry that I liked on the website. Tee was the salesman that took my call, and the conversation took off with him being very respectful/polite/friendly/, and open to answer all of my question without rushing me off them phone. Every question that was asked Tee provided an answer for instead of telling me he doesn't know. After speaking for minuets. Tee set up an appt to view the chosen vehicle. Once I arrived, Tee immediately recognized me. We began the process of viewing the car that inquired about. During the process, Tee provided excellent customer service with giving details about car as we test drove. Tee was very helpful to me as I asked questions about the vehicle. At then end of the process, Im very proud/tremendouly happy to purchase the vehicle at whatever the price was set the sell. Walter proceeded to help on the Financial process when I needed more funds for the original finance request from my Bank. Walter assured/made me feel to have no worries about getting the vehicle. I was at first not going to purchase the car, but Walter/Tee assured me that everything was going to go well. I can proudly rate their customer service at 100% approvaknif how a customer should be treated when purchasing a vehicle or just the respect that was given for he both of them. I will be HIGHLY recognizing Merlex to my co-worker/friends. Also, My I add that I will be back within a 6-12 to purchase a SUV for my husband. Thanks to the Staff of Merlex. A HIGHLY SATIFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

Merlex was best experience
Sean was a great salesman to work. I called in regards to a Escalade and Sean picked up the phone and everything fell into place. I had a few questions about the vehicle and he answered every question to the best of his abilities. He invited me to come check out the vehicle because he wanted me to see for myself and of course, I did aswell. The vehicle was amazing in person, better than the pictures online. It was in great condition and had perfect mileage on it. The Price was even better. No one can beat Merlex's prices and I guarentee that. The biying process was easy. I had good credit and put a big down payment aswell. Everything went so smooth because of Sean and of course Walter. Walter is the big man himself and he takes care of finance. Whatever you need he will assist you with!

I think you making too much money .
I wasted my time riding out there 57 miles each way, the lot is to small. The car are pack in so tight you can barely get in the car the needed a hotshot. They don't want to move the cars, exact words was we might have move 6-7 cars for a test drive. That not my problem and I can't make this up. Now I told the salesman I was going to look 3 -4 car. Also told him it be about 3 week before I would be buying. In my 57 years of living the only time I buy a car the first time seeing it is at the auction, also told the salesman I have brought and cars as a wholesaler. I have been contacted by 4 different sale people and all try to tell me whrn I should come to the dealship, surprise I be there when I get there, so that was a bad vibe right there. I think I said enough about this dealship.

Hey my name is Ahmad Kohistany! I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in and it directed me to Merlex Auto Group! I looked at the prices Merlex had so I went in to take a look at the vehicles. I fell in love! My sales Rep Sean was the man! I inquired about a 2014 is250 and they told me to come on in and they would take care of me. I asked for the price and they said they have the best price in the market. I checked and they were 2000 under market. On my test drive, Sean told me a little about the vehicle but I already knew what I was getting into! Coming to dealerships like these, usually the people know what they want. But Sean was an amazing sales rep and I'm thankful I had him. The other sales rep were also friendly. I recommend all of them to everyone! My experience at Merlex was great! I fell in love with the vehicle and it was flawless. It's amazing how great of condition the cars at Merlex are. They really do care about the customer first because it felt like home when I arrived there. Everyone greeted me and when they put me in the car, I fell in love. The process of buying a car was easy, they got me the best interest rate and I also put a good down payment down on the vehicle!! If you are ever in the market for a luxuries vehicle, I suggest you come to merlex! You will leave happy and satisfied and the people here are just amazing! Sean thank you for you hospitality and friendliness. I felt like we were friends for a long time. Walter you are an amazing person and got me the best deal I could ask for. I had an amazing experience at Merlex. I saw a couple ads on car gurus and lived in the area and went to go check out a couple vehicles. Right when i got there, i felt like i was at home thanks to Sean! He directed me to where the vehicle was located and threw a little information at me and I was sold. Merlex's hospitality is amazing. I felt like an important guest and thats what made my car buying experience with Merlex amazing! Merlex also has cars with great low mileage and a price you cant beat! People usually say "ive found a lower price somewhere else" but thats not the case! Merlex's price are the lowest in the market, its actually 2000 or even more under market. The vehicles it self are in amazing shape too. Its such a successful business for how small the place actually is. I recommend Merlex for everyone that needs a luxurious car for a low cost. They will take care of you and you will leave happy!1!!!!!!
