I would highly recommend anyone to come and experience an A1 car buying experience! Not only am I pleased with my purchase but also I felt at home from the very friendly customer service I received! These guys made me feel like family! The inventory on the lot is jaw dropping that I almost deviated from the vehicle I was coming to purchase! If ever I am in the car purchasing position I will positively come to Merlex and I strongly suggest any of you reading this do the same! I traded my Car and they told me in the begging they will give me a certain number but once they saw my car they gave me retial for it! While i was here some one else was looking at the same car and they were fair to both parties because they went of the the first come first one get it basis! So top money for my trade, clean car and clean business! What more can I ask for.

I saw the other reviews on their site and I was very scared to do business with them but once I met Walter he really made me believe that there is two sides to the story and YOU CAN NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER! To be honest I don't know we're to begin this dealership here is one of the best I've ever been to they had the exact car I wanted which was a Bmw 750li and color the staff there was very helpful and took care of all my needs and extended their service as well nasar was my sales guy even weeks after purchasing he still contact me to see how I am enjoying my BMW thanks nasar last I gotta say the owner mr Alex you are the best you made everything possible from day one not only is he a good owner of a successful business but I also gain a friend who also call to check to see how I am enjoying my car I've never in my 34 years had the owner of a company were I brought a car check on me that's rare jus wanna say thank you guys for everything.

Bought a car here in a minimum of time with straightforward negotiations. No silly business, delays, pretending to check with a sales manager, add-ons or other baloney. Facility is clean as a whistle, and the staff appears to love the cars that they have for sale. My wife (Tiffany) and I own several 2 passenger 'toys' but we needed a 4 door that would carry 4 or 5. There were about 6 different makes on our 'short' list. When we targeted the S63AMG we looked at and drove about 5 locally and made contact with 5 other dealers outside of the state. We were BLOWN AWAY by the professionalism of the reps and overall quality of the offerings at the Park Place dealerships. We bought from their Arlington VA store because they just took in EXACTLY what we wanted after driving several of their cars. While we are EXTREMELY PICKY about product quality and service, they EXCEEDED out expectations in all respects. They even bought Tiffany and I lunch from one so the stores across the street! I sent many clients there ways that was as satisfied as Tiffany and I

This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car! They are HORRIBLE!" AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. Any and all they promised is not true. All cars are as is. Absolutely no warranty on anything, even if you spend 50k on a vehicle, you are on your own. They don't want you to read the paperwork before you sign it. Best friends until you drive out of the lot, then you will get hung up on , verbally mistreated, potentially threatened, intimidation tactics and god knows what else. I have no idea how do they stay in business with such a bad reputation. At this rate, its only a matter of time before they get sued and shut down. Advise to management ; YOU NEED A COMPLETE MANAGEMENT OVERHAUL. Salesmen need training in USA customer relations. If this is a Family own business, the HEAD OF THE FAMILY need to get involved ASAP. *Do NOT ignore a bad review. That review won't be going away any time soon. It will be seen by countless consumers researching dealerships in your area. Lack of response signals a disregard for customer care. *Speak to your employee(s) that dealt with the customer. Determine what may have caused this customer to walk away less than satisfied. *If possible, use the opportunity to re-open communication with the consumer. Devise a calm response that addresses all of customer's complaints. If there were mistakes made, acknowledge them. *Don't berate the customer for omitting information or being less than truthful. Essentially, if they have tossed insults, don't return them in kind. Turn the other cheek and respond with any information you feel is pertinent in a calm, respectful manner. Negative dealership reviews give positive reviews credibility. And your dealership's thoughtful response to both good and bad reviews will demonstrate that your business cares for its customers, even when they aren't easy to please.
