Saw the Mercedes CLS550 on their website. I worked with their staff and my lender. We traveled from Pittsburgh to Virginia via the train. Mike picked us up from Union Station DC. The car was everything I expected. All the staff were professional and courteous. We completed the paperwork while they detailed the car. We drove our new car back to Steelers county. Mike was excellent.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my car buying experience. The staff at Merlex was top notch and gave me the time and attention necessary that I had not received elsewhere in my car search. I'd tell you to ask for Mike when you get there cause he was great, however I interacted with a few other gentlemen who I can't remember their names and everyone was very pleasant; I'm sure you'll have a great experience no matter who helps you out. I definitely recommend Merlex to anyone who's looking for a higher end car.

The employees were so helpful when it came to all the questions I had both financially and car wise. I?m not the most knowledgeable? person when it comes to cars, but they made the whole process of car buying much easier. I can?t get over the great customer service. I am thrilled with my purchase, and I highly recommend them to anyone who hasn?t checked them out yet.

I scheduled an appointment with Javier and I expected to have a good experience. The car had scratches and dents on the exterior and was dirty on the interior. After I told the salesperson that I'm not sure if I want to buy the car I was told (after he consulted the manager) that I can't test drive the car. As a consolation price I was promise that the car drives great and that they have a mechanical report from the dealer. This was for the first time when I cannot test the car and overall my worst buying experience ever. In the future I'll avoid the dealership and I felt frustrated that I wasted my afternoon showing up there.

I had a great experience at Merlex Auto Group! I spent a lot of time shopping around. I couldn't find a nicer vehicle at lower price anywhere else. Mercedes S550.

I would not recommend Merlex Auto Group of Alexandria!!! I found them to be prejudice. My husband and I was wearing workout clothing when we stopped by to view a couple of their vehicles. The salesman recommended that we talked to the finance guy to discuss possible negotiations on the price of one vehicle. We entered the trailer to meet the finance guy. The salesman went into his office and shut the door and came back out and stated that the finance guy was about to go into a meeting. After we exited, we saw the finance guy come out of the trailer walking, talking and laughing with other salesmen. The lot is so tight you can barely see what the vehicles look like and needless to say can barely get into a car to view the inside. I could have paid cash for any vehicle on that lot if I chose to. I thank God I received an alarm about this dealership before getting caught up into business with them. Wouldn't recommend doing business with these folks!

The sales team and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and made my car buying experience a pleasure. They delivered on their promises and I could not be more pleased with my purchase.

Merlex auto was a great car buying experience. Steve showed me a car that was right for me. Everything was well priced. The car buying experience was easy. Mr.Walter took care of the finances and found me a rate that was lower then what my own bank was offering me. I worked many years for the police force and I was never treated with this much respect and honesty.
