not your average dealership ,love doing business with them

I came into this dealership to buy a Cadillac Escalade. When I got here they had the vehicle ready for me to take a test drive. The vehicle was spotless and in impeccable condition!!! On the test drive, Sam (the salesman helping me) was very helpful. He had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at. When we got back from the test drive I realized that they had a bunch of other Cadillac Escalades on their lot. Sam took me around each one and answered any question that I had!!! After picking the perfect Escalade for me I went inside and started talking to Walter (the Finance guy). He helped me get into this vehicle at the payment i wanted and at the APR that i was comfortable with. I have pretty bad credit so what he was able to get for me was a Godsend. Everyone in the office was very helpful!! They even bought me lunch while we were waiting for the bank to get back to us. I will be telling EVERYONE I KNOW about this dealership!!! They are honest & very helpful!! They really made me feel like they wanted to help me get what I wanted .. not just another car dealership who doesn't care what you want and just wants to sell you a car!! This is a small dealership but you can tell they treat all their customers like family!!! And out of all the car dealerships I went to, they were the MOST PROFESSIONAL!! My next car and the next will be bought from here!!

Who says Friday the 13th is a bad day? On November 13th which was a Friday, I was able to make my husband dream come true. I didn't do it alone. With the help of Walter and the whole Merlex family, I was able to get my husband his 2006 Infinity M45 fully loaded at a great price. The experience was exciting, fast and easy. Walter pulled every string he could and made it happen. The team kept us calm and the hospitality was amazing. Though we were all laughing and joking, the team remained professional and high spirited. We were welcomed with open arms. Now my husband is happy and loving his new ride and i am loving the passenger seat and occasionally the driver seat every now and then. I am 6 months into a purchase from them and I am sorry I ever stepped foot into the dealership. I have put less than 5,000 miles on the car and have already had to replace a heavily corroded battery, a gasket and tires. I should have known by the sketchy buying process that something was awry. I would not recommend anyone to this shop to experience the headaches I have.

They picked us up at the airport, no waiting time at all, down to driving off the lot with our new car, they made it a wonderful experience and we got our new Cadillac Escalade at a great price! I'm not sure what happened with these past reviews, but we had a great experience with them. We saw their add on cargurus.com and from there they took care of us like family. Both Bola and Walter are amazing people who truly care about getting you the car you need and giving you honest information, and professional advise. This does not feel like any other used car dealership, because Bola really gives you personalized and genuine advise. All the salesmen are very friendly, courteous and professional.
