AWESOME! Faraz in sales was fantastic from start to finish. He even gave me his cell number and has made this a great experience. Walter in finance is the ultimate man. Awesome service I bought my blue S550! From they have a great selection! Of cars go check these guys out! I cam 2 weeks ago and put a deposit on the car and came back the following week with my co singer to purchase the car! after I bought the car there was something wrong with the speaker system they set and appointment with Mercedes Benz of Arlington and took care of the issue I had with zero cost! Marvin and Walter was amazing and got me right take my word if your looking for a car in their lot go check them out and put a deposit and pick it up later like I did! From the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by the customer concierge, my Car buying experience was nothing short of amazing. I was quickly introduced to Javier Flores (sales consultant), who listened carefully to my vague description of what I was looking for... and then found The car I came for! Unlike virtually every other dealership I've ever visited, there was no "hard sell", no push to up-sell, etc. Javier was a gentleman throughout the entire process and went out of his way to make sure I was fully informed about every single detail regarding about the vehicle and the price for the vehicle . As a side note - while I was there, Javier was also occasionally fielding calls to help out a previous customer, an elderly gentleman who was having problems with his car that had broken down on the side of the road. I overhered The conversation with AAA and Javier to get it squared right away! And he advise the elderly man to come in and he will assist him in a rental while his car gets take care of! that he got involved for the elderly man! I was shocked and I was impressed with his willingness to help someone beyond the scope of his job. I only hope that when I'm in my 80's and having trouble, someone like Javier Flores will go out of his way to help me. From the customer concierge, to Javier Flores the sales consultant, to the sales manager, the general manager (who stopped in to introduce himself) and on through to the business manager and the product specialist (who taught me how to use the many amazing features on my new vehicle), my experience at Merlex Auto Group. Walter has been a pleasure and a delight. They all - with Javier in particular - certainly get my highest recommendation for anyone in the market for a fine automobile. The worst people in the business work and run this used car lot. Do yourself a favor and never do business of any kind at this place.

The most pleasant and beyond satisfy experience I have ever gone through. Unfortunately I didn't drive out with what I wanted simply because of financial reasons but the alternative choice of vehicle they have provided is beyond words for me. Was first assisted by Javier, genuine guy who made sure I wasn't walking out without a car. Then was handed over to Walter, tooken by surprise how young he looked but his professionalism surpasses that. These 2 gentleman made some impossibles, possible! The magic they worked in practically 2 days to satisfy my needs, couldn't appreciate it more. Well recommended place to go to. For me who just turned 20 and recently got my license, to gain the trust by these two gentleman in such little time and for them to bend their backs they way they did, had me driving out feeling like a rockstar!

I just brought a 2008 BMW 750i from Walter at Merlex auto group.
