Great experience , everyone was really nice an easy going

As a first time visitor to Merlex Auto Group in Arlington VA, I was pleased with the new dealership in my town That I did busniess with! However, after getting help from Walter, we decided to stick around! Before I came in I did some research about Merlex Auto Group which I did not like about it. So by Wife and I living right around the corner from Merlex Auto Group. I still decided to give them an opportunity. And I will make sure Melissa and I both tell everyone that is in the market for a car to come See Merlex and give them a try no matter what everyone else say!. Because at the end of the day I don't judge a book by its cover! Walter was extremely helpful, not pushy at all, and very transparent about the entire process. We spent 30 Mins discussing about how I wanted the whole deal to go down! I told him that I am looking for the best number on my trade-in (Jeep Rubicon). And I wanted the best number on their vehicle (Jeep Wrangler). The reason for the trade in because my wife dose not drive manual so I had to get an automatic one for her and my self. So Walter and I agreed upon everything. I had big tires on my Jeep and wanted to swap tires with there vehicle, So I notified him. So he stated to me that he has to make a phone call to his boss to let him know about that which he did. So the transaction was going to take until the next morning because the shops were closed for us to swap the wheels. So I came in the next morning. To finalize the deal and lock In the loan! I told Walter About my credit. Right away He stated to me that you can get the best rates through USAA Federal Savings Bank, If I was a Member. Which my wife and I both were! Which My wife and I was not aware of as well!. So he help out us right away to get us the best rate through the whole loan portion! I thanked him for guiding Us the right away. I recently just brought a s550 from Merlex Auto Group and it was nothing but a great experience. The have superb customer service and great sales reps (Mo and Sam). I recommend Merlex Auto Group!!!! Someone was trying to buy the car that I brought that same day and test drive it. Out of respect and I was there first my Sales rep Mo stop the test drive and told the other customer that the car was brought. I didn't eat the entire day and without me knowing Mo the sales rep went out and brought me Subway. The little things are what counts and I felt very comfortable. I was looking to upgrade to a larger vehicle, so I browsed my bank?s website for an Authorized Dealer. Merlex Auto Group was one of those dealers and had several vehicles that met my search criteria but out of a 100 mile search radius they also had my ideal vehicle with the lowest miles and price. So I made the 1.5 hour drive to check their inventory, I was pleasantly surprised. I immediately located the vehicle that I wanted to purchase from the road as I approached the lot. The sales staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I took a test drive and feel in love with the Escalade ESV Platinum Edition. I spoke with Walter who made me feel at ease and gave me a fair market price on my trade-in. I mulled over my decision to purchase the car. I went back two days later and purchased the vehicle; and doing so was given a complimentary wash, detail, and oil change as a bonus for coming back. The transaction went smoothly as Walter masterfully worked the paperwork. Since my wife and I were on the bank check, BOLA drove 2.5 hrs. (traffic/pouring rain) to follow me home at 8 o?clock at night to have my wife sign documents. This was a profound gesture of customer service and I was thoroughly pleased with BOLA?s honesty, compassion for customer satisfaction and vehicle knowledge. The next day I called BOLA to thanked him for his service more importantly to let him know I forgot a county decal in my trade-in, he assured me that he would personally retrieve the sticker and safeguard it for me until I picked it up. Well two weeks later I picked up my decal and was given another vehicle detail for being a valued customer or as BOLA would say ?You are Family?. BOLA and Walter are straight shooters and aim for customer satisfaction. I am impressed with the level of competence and service I received at MerlexAutoGroup.

This has been the greatest dealer ship I have been in a long time. The car I bought came with all the bells an whistles ,passed Emissions and State inspections. My car was ready for me to drive home as soon I was there. I've been driving my car for one month with no problems. They take care of their customers as if they where family.

I purchased a Mercedes Benz S600 fully loaded. I love my car! No issues, super clean and top of the line. I had a wonderful experience at Merlex Auto group. The whole team was nice and helpful. They are great sales people working at the dealership but with a catch. When I inquired about the car, i received a call from several salesmen on the same day. I told them that i will stop by and next thing i know they automatically schedule me in for a afternoon without checking with me. The car i was really interested in wasn't even at the dealership because owners wife loved it and she was driving it for a few days. Really?! Salesman asked if i was going to bring cashiers check for the car. I told him no, I plan on financing it since I have A+ credit. His reply "Then I dont make any money off of you, this is not a good deal" Like I said, there are some excellent salesmen there but with a catch. Good luck!

My husband and I recently bought a low mileage Mercedes Benz from Merlex Auto Group. Our sales person was Walter. From the very beginning when we stepped into their car lot, and then their office, Walter was very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable about the car we inquired about. Their office was super busy, and I can totally see why. They literally have some of the best rates on luxury cars in the DMV, plus they're located in a really nice part of Arlington. Overall, my experience was good. Walter was a super star during my care sales ordeal, and his colleagues were nothing short of fantastic.
