I brought a Benz GL450 within last week. I must say they had the best customer services skills ever. I would refer everyone to go there. And I am going to buy a second car in ten months. I wouldn't ordinarily go to an independent used car lot for a car, but Merlex Auto Group advertised the 2013 Lexus GS 350 I had been looking for at a very good price. I showed up at 8:30 not realizing they were only open until 8, but i looked around the lot to gauge the quality of the vehicles they were offering for sale. I was pleasantly surprised to see only late model luxury vehicles. Shortly, Bola came out of the office to introduce himself and see if he could help me. We spent about half an hour talking about the business, where they get cars and cars in general. The Lexus i was interested in had been taken home by the owner, Alex. Bola called him and we arranged a test drive for the next evening to accommodate my work schedule. After the drive the next evening I told Alex I was still interested, but I needed to see the car in the daytime so I'd come back on the weekend. He offered to let me take the car overnight and drive it for a day. That gave me time to let my mechanic look it over and to decide that this was the car for me. The next night negotiations with Alex were very up-front and fair. A deal was struck very quickly for what I consider a very good price. Walter was a whiz at the paperwork. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. Walter and Bola were friendly, courteous and helpful from the moment I stepped onto the lot. Alex is a gentleman and a boss who stresses customer service with his staff and it showed during my 3 visits to the lot to make my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car.

I recently bought a GL550 from Merlex A.G. and I would like to say that the whole team over there do a great job. After the sale I had a small problem with the vehicle and I spoke with Walter who was a big part of getting this deal done and made sure I was taking care of. I did not get the run around. I did not spend a lot of time at the dealership during the purchase like I have at other dealerships these guys were friendly, caring and proficient. You guys do a great job!

Alex, Langston, Walter and Bolaa were outstanding representatives at the company and each of them worked in unison to ensure that all concerns were addressed and each outstanding issue was resolved to my satisfaction prior to sealing the deal. This was my first luxury SUV and after two weeks, I have had nothing but a great driving experience and I have been very impressed with the quality of the vehicle. The team at Merlex were very honest and upfront in regards to providing documentation and during the final price negotiations. He is knowledgeable on every car on the lot. He also knows the car business and auto financing. Mr. Walter and Alex worked diligently to find a way to finance the 2011 Mercedes R350 vehicle we dreamed of owning. Mr. Walter made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. He was caring and kind. He worked with us the entire time. I appreciated how he demonstrated high morals and values. He treated us as if we were his parents. Mr. Bola was also a team player in delivering our used vehicle. He took care of the small cosmetics concerns free of charge. I had been looking for a Second Generation IS250 AWD for a while, because I'm very picky when it comes to car, and last week I found the one I like (Silver exterior with black interior, super low mileage) at Merlex. Decided to check the car out and went home with a new car. Walter and the guys were cooler than I expected, they helped me step by step to go through the whole process, from looking for an institution with good interest rate to dealing with the hassled insurance customer service. Walter personally talked to the insurance rep himself to get me the best quote on my new car, this is not a regular thing you always seen at other dealerships I must say. Nice place, hassle-free buying process, nice people to make a deal with. Definitely recommend this dealership.

I had a GREAT experience at Merlex auto group. Was looking for a used Cadillac with low miles and I found the car I wanted at the price I wanted at Merlex in Arlington. For me the process is stressful, checking out the car facts, looking the car over, working out the deal with a salesman, but this time I had a good experience. I had looked at several cars but the best deal was with Merlex. They helped me through the process of buying the car , getting the car added to my insurance and didn't even blink an eye with when I paid with my personal check They detailed the car perfectly and even made it smell new. they treated me with respect and were very professional, I would recommend to anyone.

I just bought a 2010 BMW 328i from Merlex in Arlington, VA. Moe, Walter and Langston were terrific to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. They made sure that I was happy and that everything went smoothly. Because of them, I will definitely go back to this place for my next car.
