I bought a used car there & had written 2 letters to fix a couple things on the car & they never got back to me. They rushed me out after the sale, they take advantage of women for sure. I wasn’t told much about the car at all. I guess if you buy used you don’t get the same curtesy as when you buy new. Disrespectful!,

Transmission pan replaced and leaking after replacing it,
Transmission pan replaced and leaking after replacing it, brought back 4 times in a month for same leak, they said they can?t recreate the leak. This was a $700 job, they don?t want to do it again because they will loose money so me the customer has to pay for another dealership to fix the problem they created.

I had an accident with my car and went to Mitsubishi to see if I could continue driving my car till I could get it repaired. The staff was exceptional with me and were completely honest on the status of the car. Kerina, the office manager, practically held my hand throughout the entire process. She drove me to the car rental location and waited with me until I was finished and followed me back their dealership. She had my car taken to the repair shop and helped us through that process as well. We decided to buy another car and had an excellent experience with Will. He knew how much I loved that car and he found us one that was exactly the same. Will even went so far as to retrieve all the articles that were in our damaged car that was at the repair shop. He had all the paperwork ready for us when we finished work. Your staff was amazing!!!! I truly appreciate their empathy for my situation and their dedication to guaranteeing our satisfaction. Kerina and Will are the BEST!!!!!

A huge shout out to Chris adams for walking me through the buying process. I randomly showed up one Friday afternoon and decided I would like to purchase a Mitsubishi eclipse cross. He immediately stopped what he was doing and focused on me. I was a first time buyer and he made the buying process as easy as he could for me. Chris is more than knowledgeable of his job, professional, but also very down to earth. I appreciate his patience and fortitude while helping me get my new car.

I have bought 8 cars n leased 1 from Della Mitsubishi;
I have bought 8 cars n leased 1 from Della Mitsubishi; always the outlander. I have had a couple of issues off n on but has always been resolved quickly . Jennifer is missed , she was a awesome sales person and Will I have been working with as he has moved up in the company from part to maintenance and now to salesman. Will is very understanding , does his very best to help with anything , he is very knowledgeable and a great assest to DELLA MITSUBISHI! He has been great during my this incident of my oil cap not being put back on ( I was in for tires ) to listening to me about how the Mitsubishi roadside side assistance having a difficult time (3 days to be exact) on them finding a tow company to get my car. Mark was also helpful he also made sure I had a loaner big enough for my needs and Corina has checked in with me about the towing issue and followed up on the clean up of the oil that was all over the motor n wires from the oil cap being left off (during the fluid check and point checks they do Everytime your vehicle is there) I am NOT happy that it took 3 days to get my car there for their mistake. I am not sure why it took that long for Mitsubishi roadside assistance to do the job but I would suggest getting more tow companies for this rural area

i will not trust them with any cars...they nice to you when you buy a car...after they treat you so bad....i don't know how they can treat any like that...had my car looked at,,,,and they lie about what's wrong with it...and they try sell you a new car...Had go to BBB with it and they lie to them...time to get everyone to sue them...
